Service department is completely incompetent. Do not take responsibility for their incompetence. Screwed up services for both my car and my wife’s car.... Learned my lesson the hard way.
We have a 2014 Rav 4. It has 41000 miles. We have already had our radio/ stereo system to go out completely and be replaced. ALL power door lock actuators... have had to be replaced. After waiting over 3 hours and paying $766 my husband came home with one door still not working... thank goodness we got Toyota good will money ot it would have cost @$1650. All servicing has been done at Toyota...very disappointed with all the problems and servicing...” Just bring it back and we will replace the final door.” No worries for them about extra travel, gas money, and another day wasted because they did not do it correctly the first time. They will let you rent a car for $25 so you don’t have to wait. Just saying: we also have a Nissan Rogue with similar miles and NO problems st all!! We have a Honda Accord with over 100,000 miles with excellent service and NO problems. Toyota has really declined in customer service..This car has been taken care of, but continues to have issues...Toyota nor Jack seem to care....Very dissatisfied and unhappy customer!!
The service manager, Stella is awesome! I only like to go when she's working. She keeps things moving and is extremely organized and very friendly. ... She is very thorough in explaining what's going on with my car and if there are any issues with it. I bring my car in on my lunch hour for service and she ALWAYS gets me in and out on time. Never happens with the other service manager.
Professional, as well a the personal touch witch makes the customer feel special. The work was completed in a timely manner. Have always had great service... at Griffin. I have been doing business with Griffin Toyota for 15 years.
