We went to the Toyota of Auburn and Charles Risk immediately greeted us and made us feel welcome! He has great customer service and helped us find a car that would be a perfect fit for us! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that we had and because of him we knew we had made the right choice in car. Charles made the car shopping experience easy and I would definitely go back to see him if we needed another car!

Excellent experience with Marque H. He answered all of my questions in a timely and understandable manner. Regarding financing… it seems odd that a premier dealership can not offer better than a 5.99% rate for one who has excellent credit. Mario was awesome. He didn't pressure me. He was extremely patient and not the stereotypical. in your face car salesman that you see on t v. He was actually a really nice guy, not at all pushy or abrasive. Extremely professional. I was impressed.
