    I had a great experience when I decided to get another car. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. I had no idea what I wanted, but Jack and the sales manager, Jake, took excellent care of me. I test drove a Chevy Equinox and loved it!! I was able to drive it around and my husband and I went back, we choose to purchase the vehicle because it was what I was looking for and the customers service I received was the best. I was given a great deal and the entire process was easy, no confusion, and hassle free!! I was hesitate going to a dealership, but the friendly staff in the Pre-owned department gave me great peace of mind in making my decision to purchase a midsized suv!!!

    Love the customer service. The commitment to customer satisfaction by my salesman didn't end after the sale. Sharrod Wallace is still there to help with any issues 2 1/2 years later. I always recommend him to anyone in the market.

    I recently purchased a new vehicle from Jeff Gordon Chevrolet. My search for a vehicle began in February, when I initially met with Joe McCaul. Upon meeting Joe, I found him to be very respectable, responsive to my questions, and very patient with me as I decided on the type of vehicle that would suit my needs. As I decided at that time to wait on a purchase, Joe was very gracious and understanding about it, did not try to pitch the "hard sell" upon me, and left the lines of communication open. A few weeks later, I was speaking with a friend of mine about purchasing a vehicle that Joe had helped me decide upon, and he mentioned that he had a good friend, Stephen Hooper, who worked at Jeff Gordon, and said Stephen would take good care of me. After finding a vehicle that I was interested in on the Jeff Gordon website, I contacted Stephen to make an appointment to see the vehicle. As with Joe, Stephen was also respectful, responsive and patient. Since I was concerned about the fact that I had spent so much time working with Joe initially, Stephen informed me that he had already spoken to Joe, that they worked it all out, were all on the same team, and that their mutual goal was my overall satisfaction with the purchase of a new vehicle, which I did. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the professionalism and can-do attitude exhibited by both of these young men, and must say that they both are an asset to your organization. As a discerning consumer looking to make a major purchase (my 4th new vehicle purchase), it was very comforting to see that there are still professionals out there who put the customer's needs first, above a sale and commission. From what I've seen so far, Jeff Gordon Chevrolet knows how to do it right. I am now the owner of a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Traverse, due to their excellent efforts on my behalf. Please pass my heartfelt thanks along to Joe and Stephen, and encourage them to keep up the good work!
