Kim is the most sweetest , energetic person I have ever met ! She helped me get out of a car that no one else could or wanted to invest the time. She checked in with me to let me know the status daily . I can”t recommend her with enough stars ! She is amazing!

I had a tire in need of a plug due to a leak, called my dear friend Will Sykes at Hendrick and he pulled me right in! In addition, he went ahead with the 20k service that was scheduled at a later date! I love, love that guy and Hendrick!

Took almost 20 minutes for a service rep to wait on me

Took almost 20 minutes for a service rep to wait on me for service yet I was only one of two cars in the service lane and the other was being attended to yet I counted 10 service rep?s milling about but none made an effort to get me registered for service. I would strongly suggest the management of this dealership engage some secret shoppers to determine their experiences. I own two Toyotas and had a pretty similar experience the week before with my other car. My son who also owns a Toyota purchased there refuses to use the dealership for service because of poor previous experiences. The cars are great but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
