I had a great experience at Hendrick Toyota (Wilmington, NC). I ended up at this dealer by a stroke of good luck. While planning a vacation from Northern VA to Myrtle Beach, I discovered that this dealer was about to acquire the exact model that I had been unable to find in my area. I handled all of the price negotiations and pre-qualifications over the phone, which made our detour to the dealer quick and easy. Our sales rep, Travis showed us southern charm at its finest. He was friendly, communicative, detailed, and super helpful. It was my best car buying experience by far, and I would drive 5 hours to do it again in the future. Thank you!
