The repairs Herrera relatively fast, however, my car
The repairs Herrera relatively fast, however, my car still had the same warning lights displayed. They couldn?t find my car when I went to pick it up. When we finally located it the battery was completely dead due to whatever work they had done and now they want me to pay an additional $300 on top of the initial $1600. Customer service was excellent onsite but the multiple times I called and left msgs for my rep to call me back were completely ignored.

I was so confused by all the texts and emails regarding a
I was so confused by all the texts and emails regarding a visit for an oil change and tire rotation. One gave me a price for the service that was higher than I agreed on. I even received an email after I got home that my car was not ready but would be soon. I have to tell you that these communications upset me and I thought they were performing a service I did not order. I felt I needed to track down the service advisor to discuss my service there. What are they thinking?
