I was interested in a Jeep that’s still available. “Jairo” and "Brett" reached out and I was very upfront about the numbers I was looking for. Said he couldn’t do it but didn’t counteroffer. Suggested I look at a cheaper car but I asked for a counter offer in paper and he refused to send one. Told me he would call me but never did and became unresponsive. The sales manager called me later that same day and I told her the same numbers. She said she was going to try and make it happen and call me back. She never called back. Next day I didn’t hear back at all so I called her later in the afternoon and she sounded like she forgot. She said she was going to speak to her manager on it and that she would call me back shortly. No call back since. Extremely unprofessional sales staff. I bought two vehicles here and I wouldn’t buy another. So disappointed.

I tried purchasing a used Jeep from this dealership. Emily Naranjo as the salesperson. I sent an email asking her to look over the vehicle for defects. She assured me that there was none. I got up at 6 am and drove 3 hours to the dealership pre-approved through my bank to buy the vehicle. I was passed off to another sales person not Emily. We went out to look at the vehicle. It took me less than 5 minutes to find four places with severe corrosion. I basically wasted 6 hours of driving time only to be disappointed by a salesperson who was too lazy to do there job. I didn't even get an apology from the salesperson. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!

Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep is, Professional, Honest, Respectful, Clean and has great Guest service. Tyrone has been amazing as our sales person of our latest Jeep Wrangler we just purchased. His focus to help us find what we were looking for through the follow ups service after has been great. The service team is awesome. Trace Johnson is our service advisor and has been for some time. We have only had our Jeep serviced by this team as it has been top notch.

LIES! I was given an out the door price over the phone and they added 20k when I arrived in person. Same vin number same day...TOTAL SCAM.

David and I went back and forth several times trying to hammer out some numbers on a 2500 Ram. I had 2 other dealers all fighting for my business. I was offered something elsewhere that was to good to turn down. But wanted to shoutout David for being willing to try to work something out.

Joe was very professional and friendly. He made my purchase experience very smooth answering all of my questions clearly. I would definitely recommend you work with him at Greenway Dodge. He is thorough and patient helping me choose the right vehicle from a number of options.

My wife and I just went in to look at a certain vehicle. We had no plans to purchase anything that day. We really liked the vehicle that we test drove and after a little “back and forth” a deal was worked out and we drove home in our new vehicle.

Brittany was great to work with, very attentive, good at following up and even our deal was over, she still followed up with our purchase.
