I had an issue with my class C RV, I called in late morning and they set me up with same day appointment. The mechanic diagnosed my situation and they told me that at 6AM the next morning they would start the repair. By noon I was up and running. Thank you to Wendy in customer service and the gentleman who worked on my rig. EXCELLENT JOB.

The arrogance of the sales management at this location is unsurpassed and they don't reflect any respect for the individuals or their relationship with their consumers. It's strictly respect for money. I won't do business with the patronizing and dishonest management. After bringing my concerns about the treatment my wife received to the General Sales Manager, his response was to ignore us. After having bought two previous Mercedes from them, the least I would have expected was a call to acknowledge our concerns. Not a word. Just dismissed. We're done with Mercedes as a whole. IGrayson BMW thanks you for our purchase of our new X5. Keep up dismissing your loyal clients as BMW, Audi, Genesis, out of town Mercedes dealers and others are enjoying the rewards. If you are set on a Mercedes, save thousands (and aggravation) by going to Chattanooga, Asheville, Atlanta, or Nashville.

Bought and sold a lot of cars over the years.
Bought and sold a lot of cars over the years. We have run into more sales representatives than we can remember. Typically, you tend to remember the ones that left a negative impression, so you don’t ever deal with them again. Some are great when they are selling you the car, then they tend to disappear after the sale. Especially if you have a follow up concern. Well, we ran into one sales rep recently that was exceptional. His name is Javier and he represents Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. I know what you’re thinking, he works for an upscale dealership so he should be exceptional. Not. In the past, we have purchased a few of what are considered high-end cars and some of the worst experiences have been with those reps. With Javier, the whole process of purchasing the car, from helping us select a model, to the negotiation phase (which tends to be the worst part), to the follow-up was great. There were a few loose ends after the sale that needed to be cleaned up and Javier assured us, he would handle them. He did. What we call a “man of his word”. Bottom Line, if you are looking for a top-notch sales rep at a Mercedes Benz dealership, look up Javier. Javier, keep up the good work!

Before acquiring a used 2024 truck from Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville, I inquired with Todd, via text message, if the original owner traded in the vehicle or if the vehicle had been repossessed or seized, to which he replied by stating that it was a trade-in and was not repoed or seized. After making the purchase, a few weeks later, I received the vehicle's title and supporting documentation from Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville, revealing it had indeed been repossessed. It is self-evident from this discovery that veracity is lacking at this dealership and making a sale by any means necessary is worth sacrificing one's integrity. Buyer beware. -David Kelley

I bought a used Ford F-150 here, and 7 days later the transmission went out. I signed the document I was buying the truck as-is, but I was not formally offered or given a price for an extended warranty. Because I didn't buy an extended warranty, the dealership refused to take any accountability for the transmission. I left 2 messages for the General Manager and 2 messages for the pre-owned vehicle manager, but neither one would return my calls. I had 3 mechanics all tell me that there would have been no way that Mercedes didn't know the transmission was bad, unless they were not truthful about the "rigorous inspection" they put the truck through before selling it to me. I had just bought my last used vehicle from this dealership a year earlier, but I will never buy from them again.

Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend.
Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. My wife and I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. It is a beautiful establishment and everyone we came in contact with were so nice and thoughtful.
