Audi A6

Audi has now released more details for the U.S.-market A6 Sportback e-Tron, including pricing and some equipment information.

The biggest news for the A6 and A7 mid-size sedan and hatchback is the new Nardo Sport Edition, available exclusively on the sportier S6 and S7.

U.S.-specific information is still on the way, but Audi offered some European specs and estimates for the stateside version that look enticing.

Expect additions, subtractions and shifting launch years (not a new thing with EV introductions) for this list of EVs planned to launch by 2027.

Audi’s A6 and S6 news for 2024 is little more involved than the updates the brand has rolled out across its model lineup: new tech, exterior enhancements and more power for the already crazy RS 6 Avant.

The Convenience Package on the 2023 A6 Premium trim now includes adaptive cruise control with lane-centering steering. Additionally, Prestige variants across the lineup now get Remote Park Assist Plus.

A software issue resulting in a blank rearview display has prompted a recall of more than 173,000 Audi and Bentley vehicles.

The 2022 Audi A6 Premium gets a larger 10.1-inch multimedia screen and the latest version of Audi’s Virtual Cockpit Plus digital cluster.

In the third major recall of its kind in the first half of August, more than 45,000 Audi and VW cars and SUVs are being recalled for a malfunctioning seat belt retractor.

These cars offer panoramic moonroofs or sunroofs either as standard or optional equipment for 2021.
