GM is issuing a recall for some 194,100 model-year 2018-20 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC vehicles due to missing or loose bolts on the stop-start accumulator endcap.
In a pivotal announcement, GM announced plans for proactive steps to cut
workforce, shift investment toward trucks and SUVs, and put a cork in the
pipeline for five plants starting in 2019.
Approximately 210,600 model-year 2018-19 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and
GMC vehicles are being recalled for rear brake caliper pistons.
Buick is bringing its Avenir sub-brand to a third car in the U.S.: the Regal,
whose Sportback body style will get the range-topping edition starting in
the fall.
