I tried to get into this business early on by writing blog posts during my free time in the 2010s. During this period, I briefly wrote for Right Foot Down (briefly as in a couple of articles,  and I was never paid for my efforts). I officially got into the automotive journalism game in 2020 when I started as a staff writer at Jalopnik. Aside from the site, my work was featured or cited in places like Yahoo! Autos, Vice, InsideEVs and Autoblog.  Over 2,000 articles, five years and hundreds of car reviews later, I parted ways with Jalopnik in 2025, where I went on to start my own site called Daily Revs before starting at Cars.com in late 2025. Working in this industry has been a dream, and my work here at Cars has continued that. Here, I’m going in depth using our extensive databases to highlight industry trends and insights for consumers. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my family and teenage son (when he actually wants to spend time with me) or zipping around in my 2018 Hyundai Sonata, which I desperately need to get rid of.
