2024 Lexus LS 500

On the heels of a recall affecting a number of its electric vehicles, Toyota now is recalling approximately 591,000 vehicles over an issue with instrument panels.

In a battery of tests evaluating driver-assist features for seven different parameters, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave not one of 14 tested systems its top rating of good.

Lexus is increasing the price of the LS 500 some for the 2024 model year; the base trim now starts at $80,685.
