2017 Lincoln MKX

Ford’s latest recall impacts more than 499,100 examples of its Edge and Lincoln MKX SUVs and involves the rear brake hoses, which may rupture.

Approximately 488,600 model-year 2015-18 Ford Edge and model-year 2016-18 Lincoln MKX SUVs are being recalled for an issue with the brake pedal.

Approximately 19,300 model-year 2016-20 Lincoln MKX and Nautilus SUVs are being recalled for their seat wiring harnesses.

Approximately 54,400 model-year 2016-17 Lincoln MKX SUVs are being recalled for their battery cable harnesses.

A slew of SUVs have spotty headlight performance, the Insurance Institute 
 for Highway Safety said. Just two out of 37 models had top scores.
