2026 Volkswagen ID.4

Volkswagen announced it will halt production of its ID.4 electric SUV in the U.S. to make room for 2027 Atlas production, but a future version of the ID.4 is planned.

Here are the free charging perks currently offered for electric cars, SUVs and trucks on sale now or soon to hit the market.

For 2026, the ID.4’s entry-level battery has (for now, at least) been dropped entirely; the only other change is that the ID.4 now sports a NACS charge port.
