IIHS has released its annual report cataloging the vehicles most likely to be stolen, and the list is again topped by not one, but two variants of the Dodge Charger.

The all-electric Volvo C40 Recharge and XC40 Recharge are getting new powertrains and increased range for the 2024 model year.
