Nicest Car I've Owned!

The vehicle more than met our needs as a family! Wifi and satellite radio was an immediate plus! The comfort of the front seats and also I was impressed with the space in the back seat. I've never owned an SUV before, but this exceeded my expectation and I'm really happy with the driving performance! We drive hard and this vehicle was definitely built for the road!

Nice car, but Ford misses the mark in technology.

Escape rides well enough and, save for a few major problems during 1st month of ownership, satisfied with performance. However, I am very disappointed in the way Ford has chosen to interact with cellphone technology. I use a decent android phone with latest operating system, but FORD is very restrictive in how SYNC 3 interacts with carriers and phones - only compatible with certain model phones, which means it doesn't recognize any of my apps except Ford+Alexa - and Alexa can't interact with any of my other apps. Even Ford Pass and Android Auto won't display on dash display. Won't make mistake buying Ford again unless they get their tech act together. Wake up Ford! make SYNC compatible across the board. Wouldn't recommend car if you want technology compatibility.

Excellent balance with a plus on performance.

Love my '18 Escape Titanium. With 2.O turbo, AWD, tow pkg, simply cruises over mountains at 8500 feet. Great handling, stable, and comfort for long drives, but still compact enough for city parking. 42K in 14 months with no issues. I use Android Auto almost exclusively and works fine with SYNC. Just wish the hatch window opened to carry long items.

First fairly new car I have owned in a long time

This car meets all my needs. It is compact, gets great gas mileage, yet it is very comfortable and has a great updated design. So far, I am really enjoying it.

I love my car

I love my car. I would recommend it to anyone. It has so many extras. I never expected that many. It's very roomy. I'm surprised it can fit so much in it

Great car!

I bought this 2018 Titanium Ford Escape to replace the 2005 Subaru Outback I had owned for 13 years. I never expected that the Escape would replace the Subaru as my all-time favorite car, but it has done so -- superior style, comfort and performance. In addition, the Sync system and drive-assist features are outstanding.

Escape Titanium Won't Take Snow Cables

Bought this car for family travel, including winter trips to the Sierras. It wasn't until a few weeks after purchase that I discovered, buried in the Owner's manual, that the 18" wheels/tires that are standard on the Titanium trim line should not be used with ANY kind of snow chains or cables. I would expect this on a sports car, but on an SUV??? The 17" wheels/tires that are standard on the SE and SEL are supposed to be OK with low-profile cables. Neither the Dealer nor Ford Customer Service were any help in trying to swap out for the smaller wheels. I am finally paying to have an Acura dealer trade out the wheels on a used SEL for my almost-new wheels. This has been such an aggravation; otherwise the Escape Titanium is a pretty nice little SUV.

What a fabulous car!

We love our Ford Escape! It has every feature I would want in a car. The size is perfect for two people, and despite being small it feels very roomy. It's very fun to drive and visibility is great. We love the oversized sun roof. We chose the White Gold color which is classy and eye turning. Every time I see it I am happy we chose it. The interior fit and finish is very good and the price point was perfect. We bought it one year old and it looks brand new. Great warranty which makes us feel even more secure about our purchase. The Escape is a great value !
