A lease worth keeping
needed a work truck with tow and overdrive to pull my food truck. The f-150 with the 6 cly was perfect. Decide to turn it in and try the toyota tundra with small v8, work truck. Big mistake!!! The f150 never lagged pulling my 3000 lb trailer. Got 21 miles to the gallon, pulled very smooth and quiet. Toyota was completely oppsite. Didn't like anything about it especially 14 miles to the gallon, no overdrive, and lagged pulling such a small trailer. Lease is up in Dec, 2018 and turning it back. Already looking at prices and options for a ford f150 from 5 different dealerships. Can't wait till Dec. f150 Will be my christmas present to me. Will never switch again. Thanks Ford.

Best truck I?ve ever owned.
My F-150 is everything I was looking for. Great engine, great handling, very roomy, beautiful, very comfortable, with great added features standard. Very well could be the last type of vehicle I will ever own.

Worst truck i ever purchased
Ford replaced the motor with only 4000 miles due to oil leak & the new replacement motor has same problem, Vehicle has spent half of my ownership time in the dealers shop! : ( Not happy

King Ranch cowboy Cadillac
My 3.5L SuperCrew 5.5 foot bed 2018 F-150 King Ranch with Max Tow package is so quiet, luxurious, capable, and reliable that it continues to surprise with its virtues every day. Chrome recovery hooks may be a little over the top, but it pulls a 4 ton travel trailer with ease and everything on it works just as it should. Even the adaptive cruise control is adjustable. Horsepower and torque are huge in a 4,900 lb. vehicle. I don?t miss the Porsche I traded in at all.

Very disappointed with towing ability
I purchased this truck with the main goal to tow my 6000 lb travel trailer. No one told me about the softer suspension on the newer trucks compared to the older trucks. This caused so much trailer sway I thought I was going to crash the truck at 55 mph. After talking to a trailer dealer and spending an additional $2000 I now have the truck fixed and we feel comfortable towing our travel trailer. We specifically ordered every option on the truck for pulling our trailer but was very disappointed with Ford for not telling us about this softer suspension and that we would need to purchase further equipment.

From RAM Longhorn to XLT FX4
Loved the RAM...I had cargo boxes on rear fenders...something I wish Ford would do. But the overall interior space, ride and seating comfort is better in the Ford Super Crew. RAM was equipped with Hemi V8....new Ford is the 2.7 turbo....surprising how much power the Ford has. The 10 speed transmission slips here and there, but not a significant big deal. The auto-stop sucks...I always turn it off when driving. The overall ride & comfort of the F-150 is the best I've felt in any truck. The FX4 package is great...very smooth and the 4 wheel drive is easy to engage...tested this on the beaches in Matagorda...no sweat! Sound system is average...gas mileage is just slightly better than the V8 I had in a 2013 FX2. Next time I'll go with the new diesel & the Lariat package with the upgraded sound system.
