Great fuel economy

I have waited for this car to be sold in the USA. I am glad I own it and I'm eager to see if the mpg rating is correct.

Great car

Totally Awesome car! Very quiet, roomy and comfortable Seems to get great mileage. Sporty looking. One thing I would like to change is to have a CD player., other than that it is a very comfortable vehicle to drive.

Greattach car. Smooth ride.

Easy handling. All controls are easy access for the driver. The gas mileage is very good. I am using half the gas I was before.

Average vehicle with good gas mileage

Car is good for running short errands on city streets. I am averaging about 45 mph. Even though it's considered a wagon (and so has the lower insurance rate), the body shape appears more like a small SUV, which is very useful because it's easier to load and carry stuff. Unfortunately, car does not seem to run as smooth or as powerful as my Ford Fusion Hybrid. Also, back seat passengers consistently complain that it's too low and uncomfortable.

Fun to drive

I'm 6'3"/340lbs. I purchased the Touring option and have enough room to be comfortable on a 14 hour, 890 mile trip. The technology is impressive. I get 50-54 MPG when I drive on flat roads under 40 MPH, 46-49 MPG on hilly roads and speeds from 41-55 MPH, 39-45 on flat highways at 56-75 MPH and 36-39 MPG on hilly highways at the same speed. The slower you go, the better the mileage. My regrets are that my Niro doesn't have a interior rear latch release (can only be opened manually) and doesn't have the advance cruise control option.

This car is a joy to own. We are averaging 50 mpg in the city. It is plenty big enough and has a lot of cargo space. It has a beautiful body as well.

The Niro is a beautiful vehicle. It is comfortable to drive. I have been checking the mileage and have consistently gotten over 50 miles to the gallon even with stop and go traffic.

KIA NIRO tourin the newest hybrid, it is FANTASTIC

This car rides better than a Cadillac and has the best gas mileage ever. We also own a Prius but the Niro is more high end and quieter and more comfortable. We LOVE it.
