2019 Toyota Tacoma consumer reviews

I have wanted this vehicle since I saw the movie Back to the Future. So far it has exceeded my expectation in every way. Good gas mileage and great road driving habits for an off road beast. The SR5 package in my opinion is the best value for the money. The 6 cylinder horsepower is strong and responsive. It's the only product that holds its value way beyond the competition.

I'm very disappointed I expect more from Toyota the issues I had with my 2018 I thought we're on an anomaly so I decided to purchase the 2019 after frustration and it's the same issues

this truck, especially on a slight grade around 40 mph starts shuttering like it is missing. Dealership is aware of the problem, tells me Toyota has not come out with a fix for the problem.

I am 6’4” and find this truck to be very comfortable. I put lots of miles on a vehicle so it has to be reliable and the Tacoma is. I got tired of constant mechanical issues with other brands so I enjoy the trouble free driving of this truck. I tow a 22ft pontoon boat with ease. The 3.5 is smooth but I would love to see Toyota make the 4.6 V8 an option. It think this is the best looking truck on the market and the best built. It seems that all other mid-size trucks are compared to Tacoma’s and but they fall short. I have owned two previous Tacoma’s that I rack up the miles then have people waiting to buy them from me when I get ready to trade. Why buy another brand then make excuses for it?

The Toyota Tacoma is a great example of a happy medium. It handles well for being a tall truck, But has no problem dealing with just about any terrain. (4wd) The overall experience is comfortable. I find i am usually at ease while driving the Tacoma. (The Addition of a power seat would be welcomed!) It is not a "Daily Driver". However, when it does get driven- it is Usually 2-3 hours at a time- Averaging 150 miles a trip one way- 300 mile round trip. It is not a full size, so it fits in normal parking spaces. NEVER worry about curb rash on the pavement. Has a Surprising amount of cargo room for a mid sized pickup

I am excited to own it! The vehicle has surpassed my expectations. I enjoyed the whole decision process and Marcus Brooks was a pleasure to deal with.

Upgraded from an SR to a SR5, more creature comforts, better safety features, smoother rides, plenty of power, nice upgrades on the touch screen , very nice truck.

Awesome truck! I got the manual transmission which makes it very fun to drive! It sits high and feels strong. Beautiful exterior- good interior - exactly what I was looking for!

Good price point. Does everything I need/ ask of it. Dependable. Reliable. 20 mph on a 6 cylinder 4x4 is great. I should've bought the double cab instead of access cab.

The Tacoma suits all my needs. If there is a downside I would like more interior storage, possibly in the door panels or "cubby holes" within reach of the front seat area. Otherwise the styling is great!
