2000 Acura TL consumer reviews

Have 200k miles on it. Recently put 1300 miles on it in 24 hrs. The pickup is the best while merging on highways...you take off like a fighter jet! I love this car. Got it with 182k on it for 2 gran, 7 yrs ago. Best 2 gran I ever spent. Pls do the oil changes etc and you will not be disappointed. Recently bought a magnetic oil pan nut bolt for ten bucks from Walmart..best thing ever to replace loose treading on old one. Plan on keeping this car...forever!!!

Able to get me from point A to point B, Acura is a good company that last many years. Drives steady for long distance trips.

Paint is shot, mostly from not protecting it, and dark color. Definitely shows the wear all around. But still a great car. Debating having it painted as I think it's good for a couple more years. Approx $750 for paint and rental car... it's 19yrs old... with the paint job it would probably be work $2500 on the high side. But I do love this car. Never any transmission issues that others have reported.

I use it for high school driving, gym school, it’s fast and can get up quickly lol so be careful it’s basically a Honda with luxury get your oil changed and keep up with maintenance and you’ve gotta a car for regular life 🔥👍🏾

this car met all my requirement, comfort and luxury with out paying for. It as plaint of lag rooms on the front and on the back and also as the keyless trunk opener.

The best sedan that i have ever had. Stabel when you drove it. Fast and save. Liked the xenon light. Easy to maintains and good fuel gas.

This is the best car I've ever owned. I've had it for almost a year now and 75,000 miles later(yes I've driven it that far) it's still the same great, reliable car it was when I got it. 235,000 miles and no problems at all. The leather has held up, the radio and system is still amazing, and after a super cheap tune up, it still gas all the power it had when it was brand new.

Should be named the Acura Reliable. Great car with great features and luxurious. Won't break the bank like a German car on maintenance or repairs. 200K+ miles and counting.

So far - so good. Previous owner kept the car immaculate condition, all service records, meticulous about having routine service performed. Anytime you can find a car with records of past service in such great condition - go for it. I am hoping to get another 50-75K miles on this car.

This car was wonderful. I miss it, but, it was getting old and parts were expensive. Very comfortable and drove nice. I'd get another used one, again.
