The Q4 e-Tron inherits many of the virtues of the VW ID.4 with which it shares a platform, and it adds enough upscale trim and features to make its higher price palatable. The model lineup offers decent variety, but note that choosing the pricier, racier-looking Sportback version brings compromises in cargo versatility and rear visibility.
