Great car!

So far we love our new AUDI Q 5. We owned a 2014 Q5 and it was time for an upgrade. Love the new electronics and the apple care. Very stylish and roomy. Runs like a dream. First class all the way so far.

LGreat car: horrible service.

A friend of mine, Dale Kaminsky, negotiated the purchase of my 2018 Audi Q5, and was able to obtain for me a purchase price far below offers made by other dealers in the area. This part of the transaction was great! I rate the quality of my Q5 5 star in every regard, but rate follow up by the selling dealer probably a 0 star. Audi South ATLANTA dealership has been very irresponsible helping me with instructions on how to operate various functions of the vehicle. During the last week or so I left numerous messages with different people in the dealership (including Brandon) for Brandon at tel no. 1-770-866-0736 to call me. Unfortunately, the one time he did return my call, I was not available to be in the car. Since then I asked him and others to give me a day and time we can talk, but to date, have not received a call. The worst after the sale service I have ever received from a new car dealership.

Worst car I've ever had.

We bought this car new in October 2017. It has less than 7,000 miles. I cannot wait to get rid of it! You need a PhD to understand the technology in it! Our salesperson talked us out of getting navigation since you can use Apple Car Play instead. I would urge anyone considering this car to GET THE NAVIGATION! Our huge mistake!! If you don't have good cell service, or you haven't restarted your phone in a while, then you have no navigation. Other issues we've had include the joy stick not registering on the display. You could turn the joystick but with no result on the display. I also really dislike that whatever you are listening to in the car does not stop when you stop the car, it continues until you open the door. Also, your audio doesn't automatically go back to what you had been listening to, you have to set it up each time. Another huge annoyance is that when I have my phone plugged into the Apple Car Play and am on a phone call, the display on the dash tells me that I cannot currently make a call, that I must use bluetooth. I'm on the phone when it is telling me this!! We also have had one issue after another with this car. On a road trip, the gas tank absolutely would not open. I had to call the dealer and have them walk me thru manually opening the tank. Overall, it has been one headache after another.

Not what I expected

Pluses are the wonderful B & O sound system, acceleration', and the overall feel when driving. On the minus side is an overly stiff ride, noisy Continental tires, and wind noise from the side mirrors. Also the stop-start feature is very noticeable and annoying.? The ventilated sport seats are very uncomfortable. Firm and I call them lumpy because of the uneven feel. If you must have a Q5 I suggest ordering the Prestige model with the thicker glass to give you a quieter ride, plus it is a better deal than the Premium Plus with more features for about the same money.

Love this car!

I am a first time Audi driver and now loyal to the family and brand. The vehicle is full of luxurious features as well as very safe. My husband and I truly enjoy driving this car.

Great car, excellent handling, g8 technology

DAP is a must have. great tech, 20' wheels is not optional in prestige which i cld do w/o. nice interior, with kids cld use some more and bigger cupholders but this is coz we have a minivan as well so cld notice the difference. driving is smooth, noiseless, power is there when needed. great car.

Quality, price, amazing suv

Just bought my 2018 Q5 premium plus is the start point. dont even look at the premium. Warm weather package is a must in florida plus you will get the sport leather ventilated seats. Nav package will get you the digital cockpit and upgrade screen. if you can, get the driver assistance package for traffic jam assist and other safety options. the downside is maybe the value ... you need to spend to get the really updated functions for 2018. space (legroom) will not be much more than a sedan. confortable ultra smooth ride, quite interior and good power from the new 2.0turbo
