The Audi SQ6 is sleek, fast, and packed with luxury features—but it’s been one of the most unreliable vehicles I’ve owned. Early on, the car locked me out and left me stranded, and it took three tow truck drivers just to get it out of park. Then came a series of warning lights and system errors that led to multiple service visits and weeks without the vehicle. The dealership was professional and tried to help, but Audi corporate was a different story. They showed zero compassion, were slow to respond, and clearly just didn’t want to deal with the issue. Because they couldn’t immediately duplicate the problem, their final answer was essentially, “We can’t help—good luck.” For a premium EV at this price point, the lack of reliability and total absence of customer care from Audi was incredibly disappointing.
