The ULTIMATE driving machine

by Will always be a M fan from PA on December 27, 2006

This car is worth every penny! I love the handling, performance, and styling of the E36 M. I drove it to the maximum speed limit a couple of times and still the car was still yearning for more speed. It is smooth, crisp, and very agile around the turns. The only thing that I did not like about the car is the price tag on maintenance, but overall, great bang for the buck!

Have to love the e36 m3

by Ian from PA on November 7, 2008

I love my 95 e36m3. It was my dream car when i was 15 and i got mine 2 in half yrs ago and I have been loving it. You can go over 100 real quick and not even notice that you are. Handles like a dream. It still turns heads as well. If your looking for a m3 of the e36's i would go with the 95 yr other then the 96-99 yrs.

My Favorite

by BMWcrnk on December 18, 2017

Power to weight ratio is amazing. Not the fastest car out there but a blast to drive. Always take care of the cooling system and this car will not let you down. Mine has 270,000 miles on it, I have owned it since 120,000 and only died on me twice, once was a battery and once was the alternator.

A Blast

by ju from sf on December 25, 2006

handling is great for mountain twisties. just took the car up for a great drive over the weekend with some other m3 owners; and the cornering was great at 60mph. its equipt with enough power to fill your body with a rush of adrenaline.

1995 M3

by Hyperchuk from Sacramento, CA on May 24, 2006

One of the best balanced cars I've ever owned, and I have experienced the ownership of thousands of vehicles. Skillful drivers get the most reward, but the average guy still gets the impression of lasting quality that only seems to have such staying power on european vehicles. Mine has 140,000 miles, and still performs perfectly. I also have a 2000 M5, so I have a good power perspective, you might say. Chuck

A Joy to Drive! When BMW was still BMW

by Bimmer_anonymous from Staten Island, NY on March 14, 2017

I fell in love with this car the first time I saw it. Arctic Silver over Black Leather , with the sunroof open I think it's the most beautiful car on the road. Threads into corners like a race car - engine note subtle but sweet- if you can find a well cared for low mileage example you won't be disappointed.
