Great All Around Vehicle

Just bought a used 2013 BMW X3. For a seven year old vehicle it runs like a top and it’s more solid than my wife’s 2017.5 Nissan Rogue. It’s apparent at least to me that European cars are the best built cars in the world.

Best bang for your money!

This car is a great luxury car to own, without breaking your bank account. It has lots of room for being a midsize SUV and drives very well. Also the new 4 cylinder w turbo engine saves lots on gas.

First BMW owner and very bad experience

Bought used X3 car at the Park Place Lexus dealer at Grapevine. 77K mile on it. Thinking it should go another 50K without major problem. 2nd day, car engine light came on with error " transmission problem, you should stop driving" Really! I did not even drive 100 miles yet. I would not expect this from BMW, now I have 360 degree opposite of my view for BMW. I can not believe that how people can pay twice as much of these cars when new and get half quality of Toyota and Nissan? Come and figure. This transmission probably will cost several thousand to repair.

Not reliable at all.!!!!!!!!

Iam a young Mother of 2 I was happy & Excided i has purchased this car yes it was used & had already a lot of miles on it 164,000 miles but I thought hey it’s a bmw they last long .!!!! WRONG not even 3 months & my car broke down with my my mom & daughter inside I was so Disappointed.!!!!!!! & I took it to a mechanic which charges over $100 just for the diagnostic that’s crazy.!!!! & get told it was my engine .!!!!! Which is like over $3000 I was overly stressed & mind you I still had to be laying for the car & the insurance .! I seriously was so stressed over all this I just didn’t even pay the car anymore I just returned it to the dealer it wasent convenient at ALL to even fix it .!!!! If you want to waist your time and want to be left in the middle If the road all of a sudden than I DO NOT recommend a BMW 2013 X3

BMW Knows Engine Issues

Bought 2013 X3 last April 2019. Now 8 months later, I have to put a whole new engine in the car. Was driving and all of the sudden it stopped, nothing ever mentioned this. However, since happening, I put those warning messages into a search and was buried in avalanche of others with the same issue and destroyed engines. Turns out is a KNOWN issue, that BMW KNOWS about, especially after 70,000 miles and the BMW dealership selling it failed to disclose that information. They knew that the N20 engine has issues with the timing chain track, an issue that destroys the engine! Having to change an engine after only 8 months is really unacceptable. Serious engine problem that BMW did not resolve makes me unhappy with this car.

Great Vehicle!!!

I was heavy on having a panoramic roof and cream leather interior. Not only di did it have those simple features it also had tons of safety features I was unaware prior to purchasing the car. I always wanted a X5 I was exceptionally surprised that the X3 was just as great as its big brother. She drives like a dream

Sharp looking car and fun to drive.

This car is comfortable, roomy and feels good on the road. I only wish it got better gas mileage, but all in all it's not too bad for an SUV.
