I’ve owned this vehicle for 2yrs.
I’ve owned this vehicle for 2yrs. I’ve put 20k miles on it. I wish I test drove it on a more reasonable road with faster MPH because this car has zero power. I feel like it takes ages to get to 50Mph and I can feel the cars behind me getting impatient. I have maintained it very well as far as oil changes, brakes, and fluids. I didn’t have any issues the first year. This past year I have put over $3000 into it. It started with the catalytic converter. When I brought it to my mechanic for this, he told me once these go in Buicks, everything else goes downhill and advised me to get rid of it asap-and he was right! A few months later I was back because it was doing this strange bucking every time I stopped and it would completely die out. That day I had to replace the turbocharger lines. Exactly 4 months after that, I was back and had to replace the turbocharger itself. Since then, we have been trying to bandage it up to get it to last me one more year but I don’t think I’ll get that far with it. I’m at 72k miles. The only thing I like about it is the interior design. The seats are comfy and look sharp with the leather around the fabric cushions. The dashboard area is black with some leather so I do like how it appears to the eye. There’s a tiny center console that sits really low and I find myself constantly trying to rest my arm on it. There is an arm piece that moves up and down but the arm piece sits too high up for me. The gas mileage isn’t the best for the engine size. Overall, I’d rate it a 2. I definitely wouldn’t consider purchasing another.

I love this car but I heard there was a recall on
I had to replace the water pump and the thermostat housing at only 30 thousand miles. Left me stranded at work all the water dumped out within minutes

I Will Never Buy Another Buick
Hello, The car is nice . Not enough power for this size car. Universal fluids should be available for this car and all cars. The Buick car dealerships can not be trusted in my area. I have gone to several. Thank you

Do Not Buy
Absolutely hate this car. Got it used with only 50k miles on it in Oct 2021. (2018 pref model). We have had over $2,000 in repairs on the engine. Multiple different parts broken in 8 months of having the car. 0 Acceleration. I am not a race car driver, but this car has no power whatsoever, so forget about if you are in danger and need to speed up, this car will not do it. Not to mention the awful gas mileage that is less than the reported amount. The inside is all techy and pretty, but the car itself is a no. The trunk is so small you are better off getting a sedan with twice the storage space. This car pretends to be a nice crossover but there are much better cars on the market for the same price.

Love this suv
I purchased this vehicle used with only 17,000 miles on it. It is by far the best vehicle I have ever owed. It is a compact SUV but that's what I wanted so it's perfect for me. The only complaint I have is the mileage. My Chevy Malibu got much better gas mileage but this Buick is everything I ever wanted with all the gadgets and things it has.
