This car met all my expectations & needs. It gives great gas mileage. It has power when you need it. The price is affordable and with GMC you can't go wrong.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!

Great car! Roomy for a small SUV. Doesn't feel small when driving. Very stylish and great on gas. Super happy with it! My husband even wants to trade his Lincoln MKC for one.

Best vehicle for my current situation

I believe this is an extremely comfortable vehicle for the driver and passenger. Only downside is that it could use a little more leg room in the back plus be a tad bit wider for a 3rd person to fit comfortably in rear seats.

Great Electronics; So-So Ride Quality

I bought the car, new, from a dealer in north suburban Milwaukee. (That dealer obtained it from another dealer near Lansing, Mich., because this a rare Encore Preferred II model that does NOT have leather seats and/or a sunroof and/or AWD -- none of which I want.) On balance, I'm generally satisfied with the vehicle. There are three concerns I have: (a) gas mileage is merely okay -- not as good as one would expect, given its small footprint; (b) driver's seat, while comfortable, is pitched at an odd angle -- such that, no matter how I set it, change falls out of my pants pocket; and (c) by far, the largest concern: road noise. At slower speeds -- and, particularly on asphalt roads -- the noise isn't really a problem. But at higher speeds -- and particularly on concrete -- the noise is annoying. Various GM dealers have given various explanations for why that is. On the plus side, the vehicle has a sharp appearance -- and it is loaded with today's electronics (Apple Carplay and Android Auto; two USB inputs and two 12V household-like sockets; et al). It's small footprint makes for small turning circles and easy parking. Overall, I'd give the vehicle a lukewarm recommendation.

A taste of Buick Luxury

Luxury in a car. Smooth quite rude. Economical gas mileage. Just keep the maintenance schedule which is oil and filter change every five months and never needs servicing. Great. Thanks.

Fantastic car!

Car is better than expected. Wish it had a little more leg room in the back. Other than that minor detail for me. Already thinking of next car. I want to give a big Thank You to Nobu in the service dept. went in recently for service. Nobu provided me with prompt, and professional care. With staff like this I will gladly do business with mark Christopher dealership.

Great value for the money

Needed a commuter car small enough for the whole family to drive. I picked up a 2018 for a great price. Many I saw had lost a lot of value. Love all the high end features. I am 6 foot 3 and the comfort and fit are great. Hooked to my phone I get great radio. Heated seats etc and so nice to have. Yes it's slow. But I'm ok with that.
