2026 Buick Encore GX consumer reviews

I bought a 2026 BUICK ENCORE GX Avenir with the Technology and Convenience Packages which include the BOSE Premium Speaker System. I traded in my 2023 Buick GX ST to upgrade to the BOSE audio system. I am completely UNSATISFIED with the BOSE system. There is NO BOSE Centerpoint or AudioPilot installed and the sound reproduction is flat and drowned out by the road noise on the highway. I took it back to the dealer who told me that the 2026 model year for the ENCORE GX does not include BOSE Centerpoint or AudioPilot even though the user manual on page 130 and 13 indicate these two features are "IF Equipped" options. If this is the top of the line Encore model, the Avenir, with both packages installed that includes the BOSE Premium 7 Speaker Sound system with a rich subwoofer, then why are these two features not installed? Customer expectations for this BOSE system have not been met. I can get better quality sound reproduction from hand held portable radio with a two inch speaker. The dealer and BUICK are giving me the run around about this complaint and have not been helpful. This is an issue and I will file a consumer fraud complaint for misleading advertising.

Great car and nice for trips or late night drives with friends or going camping in the woods or going with family places like stores

I wish it did consume less fuel. Also, the engine noise that you can hear while driving, give a sport feeling so if you want just luxe and confort, it may distract you. But It's a very good car, new modern look and confortable....
