2013 Buick LaCrosse consumer reviews

My 2013 LaCrosse was my dream car from the moment I first laid eyes on it. I bought it in 2013 and now in 2026 I am having difficulty finding the part needed to get it back ip and running. All recommendations have hit a brick wall. Why Buick discontinued this model is mind boggling. It’s a xxxx good car!!! Unfortunately, not being able to find the replacement part I have no choice but to scap it. 🫩😩

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

Dennis Washington I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse . 586 615-7373 is my number. I’m trying to see besides my insurance . What do I need to or inform and what can they do . I had automatic start warmed car . I went out it was totally on fire . Remote start the seat was on fire driver seat .

My Lacrosse has been a great car. Only complaint I have is the interior visor had broken and I had it replaced with a new one and the new one has broken. It does not stay up. It just dangles both visors. Also, at the same time of the first visor the trim around the cup holder came off and I could not get it back on, so I got a new one and now the new one had broken. Beside the interior the car has been a great car. Very reliable.

I just got my 2013 Buick LaCrosse a few months ago,and I absolutely Love It♥️It’s so roomy and comfortable,the ride is awesome.best car I’ve ever owned.

Was worried that other review might sound like innuendo and am clarifying: I meant that driving around with the heated and cooled seats and outlets and cupholders everywhere feels like you are in an uptown living room or flying business class more than driving. Also this is not an ad for anything but a slightly used car.

This car met all my needs for now. It does not drive as well as a fully loaded lacrosse, but it serves it’s purpose. I t looks like new !

Very quiet and comfortable car for long trips. Great gas mileage from the mild hybrid system. Lots of head and legroom front and rear. This car has great features like parking assist, full size sky roof and a better stereo system than my new car.
