Luvs My Rainier
I have owned my Buick Rainier since 2015 I have had only one issue and that was being able to turn sharp curves or corners...I got stuck in a drive thru window. Had to go over the curb. We removed the front axle so I am not all wheel drive. I only have a rear wheel drive and I can turn on it on a dime. I love my reindeer. A dime

one of the best Buicks I have ever owned
I was born to own a Buick and once I saw that they had made an SUV that fit me perfectly, I bought it. only maintenance items have had to be done on this perfect vehicle and now it sits at 230,000 miles and still going strong!

Luxurious yet reliable
I owned this vehicle for a year to travel to college weekly. This was my first Buick and I was far from disappointed. The vehicle handled very well at 70+ mph and I felt safe in traffic or bad weather. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of passenger and cargo room. No real blind spots from pillars (unlike other vehicles). Leather was still perfect, even for being an `07 vehicle. It didn?t have excellent takeoff power but it was never an issue for me. No issues with the vehicle, but simply sold it to downsize after graduating college. Would have easily kept it longer otherwise.

Rusted frame
I think Buick should take a page from Toyota, they replaced frames that were defective. I have a 2007 Rainier 124000 klms and the frame is rotting away. Not sure how many others have this issue, I am not happy

Took this vehicle for a fun test drive.
After owning 2 Trailblazers, I was familiar with the body style and drivetrain. The Buick however had all the quality upgrades I didn't have in the Chevy's. Leather, stearing wheel controls, air ride, etc. I am now searching for one in the right peice range, as these are 10 year old trucks.

Comfort and quiet, but
Purchased a 2007 Ranier w/47,000 miles on it. Within a few months the problems started and have not quit. I will NOT purchase another Buick. Most repairs were done a year prior to a recall for the same problem as the recall. Tough luck for me. Prior I had an Envoy that was a nightmare. The worst vehicle I have ever owned. I am done with GM.

Almost Bravada
I purchased a used Rainier as I had a 02 Bravada prior to this. The Rainer is supposed to be the same thing except with the Buick badge, while it is mostly I think the Bravada was quieter and had less wind noise and got slightly better mileage. I do like the traction control system but I have had several times that I will get a message to "Service Traction Control" and nothing is wrong and resets once car is turned off and turned back on again. Inside it is the same as the Bravada and like it could use more leg room for a tall driver and the driver side cup holder is useless if you have long legs. A couple other things that I liked better on the Bravada was the temp and fan control on the steering wheel and an overhead sunglass compartment that now houses the reading lights. All in all it is a well made mid size SUV that can get low 20's on the highway but only about 16 - 18 in the city. I like the new Explorer but can not get myself to spend almost 40K on a new one. My Bravada went for 145,000 miles with very little service needed and was still worth $6,000.
