Probably the most troublesome I've ever owned

I wish I had the cars that these other reviewers have. Granted, we bought it in 2018 with 96k, but it should have lots of life left in it. And if we keep paying for repairs, it might wind up lasting for a while longer. It's a DTS and we bought it for my 89 year old mother. Biggest problem is mom doesn't drive very often and whenever she wants to go someplace , the brand new battery is dead. Her mechanic just said Cadillacs eat batteries. They have to be driven daily. I couldn't accept that so I took it to the Cadillac dealer and they said nothing was wrong with the car. It just has to be driven. I've never heard of such a problem! The other repairs are too numerous to get into. For us, it was a very bad purchase. But when it's running, it's a very sweet riding car. I just don't trust it.

Classy fully loaded luxury black car for less!

Exceptional comfort, glides down highway like a luxury liner on the ocean. Quietly absorbs road bumps and pavement imperfections. Very roomy and comfortable for 6

Love it very much

Found that the car glides down the road with plenty of room and it has that extra room for the legs. Great acceleration at high speeds but a little slow on the straight off the line speed. Great comfort and I love the sound system. 48,000 miles on mine when I bought it in 2018 and a one owner so I found it to be a buy at 6,200. Paint and body was in great condition and the three cigarette trays never used . Interior was new. After reading other reviews I'll be changing the coolent once a year with the Orange colored factory suggested fluid. Has that mineral that gm. Has put in. There are a few coolent related small spaces that can clog up with debri. Head gaskets and the boots that are torqued to keep the head on seem to be at fault . As well as the very small lead line across the motor. FLUSH the coolent every twelve too fifteen months. You do feel very safe in this car.

Most Comfortable Car I've ever owned

This car went above and beyond. The ride was unbelievably comfortable. Had nice pick up for a heavy car. Could have done better on exterior styling. Overall lives up to it's name. Great example of American luxury.

I used to drive Lincolns

I used to be a Lincoln owner spanning 40 years of thier vehicles. After purchasing my first Cadillac I haven't looked back. In fact my wife thought Lincolns were okay, but after driving my DeVille I find myself looking for a new Cadillac as she has taken mine.
