Great Cadillac

I bought a 2012 SRX Luxury and have owned it for 3 years. When I bought it I had roughly over 80 thousand miles on it and today I have roughly 117,000 miles. The ride itself is smooth and the range when I'm taking long highway trips seems to be a little over 400 miles before needing more fuel. Some of the issues I have had to fix include replacing both front wheel bearings, replacing the mass air flow sensor that was triggering the check engine light, adding freon to the Air conditioning system, and more recently I had a check engine code triggered by the cam shaft extending to far which reset itself after performing an oil change and making sure there was adequate amount of oil which was the first trouble shooting step when hooking up the OBD reader. Having never been one to work on my own car I took it upon myself to learn how to fix these problems myself by watching Youtube videos. In the three years I've owned the car I have not yet had to take it into a mechanic and I perform my own oil changes roughly every 3 to 5 thousand miles. Its a great comfortable family car that has been reliable the issues I've had would seem to be consistent with any car that over 10 years old.

Love the 2012 Cadillac SRX.

I have owned this car for 3 years and have loved it. Just changed tires, and full tune up. Only problem CD player. Car has over 192000 miles. Just love it. If not in accident, Would still have it. Recomend to any one who takes care of thier car.

Sold a lemon santa motors Irondequoit ny

Good car unfortunately I purchased from Santa motors Rochester NY and had only 8 months and it's giving me nothing but problems even after they faked fixed it but overall I would buy again but from big dealership .

I love my Caddie!

I LOVE my 2012 SRX! I bought it used in 2018 and it’s very dependable and i just so cute! It’s the cutest car out there!

Great car

It's getting some age to it but we've had no maintenance issues at all at 110,000+ miles. Still original shocks and plugs. Not the first rattle. Very peppy for such a small engine. Gas mileage is certainly acceptable.

This has been my favorite car since I bought it!!

This car is comfortable, smooth riding, roomy and carries all that you could ask for. Repairs have been routine service with no breakdowns or surprises.

It is a beautiful car and classy looking, however, there is not much headroom and the car is pretty compact. Would not work for a large man to drive or ride comfortably .

I expected more...

With now 62,000 miles on the odometer, the quality of the SRX interior seems to be revealing itself. The surface of the center console appears to be paint or some other tan coating over black. The sunshade mechanics have plastic moving parts, which eventually popped out while closing the shade and the shade began to literally, while slowly, fall apart exposing fraying on the shade fabric as well as rubber cording around the circumference beginning to hang. I have had to leave the shade open and roll up the material, clipping it to hold it up so that I can see out the rear window. The vehicle is very comfortable, has a multitude of comfort adjustments, and is a quiet ride. It is a well-handling vehicle. I have some concern about the transmission’s somewhat rough gear transition, and it does not seem to be speed dependent. I thought GM would have resolved this issue which has been ongoing since the 1980s, but I likely will trade this vehicle before the trans fails.

Best car so far I have got from them

The suv is 8 yrs old looks good runs good and everything works put new tires on it for me big help finance was excellent

Great sporty luxury car

Have owned our SRX for 6 years and had no problems. Has always ran great and sits higher than sedan and gives you much more space without getting into a huge SUV.
