2021 Cadillac XT5 consumer reviews

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Bought a 21 Sport . Nicest car I have ever owned and I have owned many. i love driving this car. It's just the right size for around the city and a interstate run to Florida.

This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!

While nicely appointed and a comfortable rude, this SUV has been in the shop more than my last 3 combined. Multiple CEL problems for which the big city dealer never has parts. Poor body panel alignment will cause problems with paint down the road. The brakes are terrible. Poor road feel and a reluctance to actually stop. Will look to change pads to aftermarket when its time. Quite disappointed

Great vehicle! Does everything well. Very nice looking ( especially when compared to like type vehicles!) interior is what you would expect of a Cadillac. Price is extremely good compared to most of imports of like type. Proud it is AMERICAN!

I was looking for a used Black AWD and ended up going brand new bc of all the new safety features and added amenities. I also wanted the V6 3.6L 400 and not turbo so I ended up paying a little more but well worth it. You can't go wrong with the 14 speaker Bose / Nav upgrade either... it's awesome! Wireless charging pad is pretty cool too...no more annoying charging wires. Insurance is lower bc of all the safety features too btw... The drive is very nice - I keep it in AWD most of the time or (fun) Sport mode when I can get some open road... It also has 2WD or Off Road mode. I haven't driven in manual enough to rate that. The cirrus interior is beautiful especially at night with the ambient lighting throughout... the exterior lighted door handles and the Cadillac symbol ground light for the handsfree gate lift crack me up ...just a bit flashy for me. I'm having trouble parking the car straight coming from a higher larger SUV but I'm getting better...lol I got the car in April and I'm still learning all the features... learn something cool everyday! If you are considering it like I did for months and months just get it! you won't be disappointed.

The vehicle meets all if my driving needs. It has great interior space and sleek exterior. It drives smoothly and has plenty of bells and whistles.

This car is perfect i have no problems getting in and out . Needed this car had many surgeries on my hips. Could no longer get in and out of a soda comfortably .

the car is very good with excellent legroom , good safety drivers assistance , nice sound system , and a great rooftop . It takes a while though to navigate the media on the dashboard . The GPS system sometime does not locate an easy address . But overall very satisfied.
