I’ve only had the car for four months and I’ve already had it back to the dealer in Farmingdale NY for over three weeks. Chronic defect in the transmission. In short they couldn’t fix the problem the first time around and the second time left a puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway with only 1800 miles on it. As a first time Cadillac client I have to say this has been a miserable experience.Be very careful because I’m now stuck with this vehicle for the term of the lease. The dealership was completely indifferent and I didn’t even receive a call from the manager to try to appease the situation. So I contacted Cadillac financial customer service who opened up a case and attempted to help me get the dealer to buy back the car which they denied. Just an awful situation
