I got this car after going through xxxx getting Kia to honor their warranty on my EV6 and it's quite a downgrade. It's been nothing but issues. Heat stopped working on the way home, and then it wouldn't charge. Local dealer got it to work again, but it didn't last and ended up sitting at the dealer for weeks for a part. I've had the car for 5 weeks now and for most of it it's been out of commission. When it has worked, the ride quality has been excellent and one of the few bright spots. The car has a weird rattling sometimes. It's not consistent, but once it starts it won't stop on a drive. It is high pitched and squeaky and sounds like a bird. I will be taking a long distance trip next month and if it rattles the during that trip I am guaranteed to end up in a straight jacket by the end of it. The interior is ok. Looks and feels decent overall, but there are a few areas where things feel really cheap. The car is roomy but I don't find the driver seat very comfortable. Very stiff, but not too uncomfortable either. I hate the turbine style air vents, someone was getting high when they thought that was a good idea. The car comes with a huge infotainment screen, but the software is terrible and doesn't use the real estate well. There are plenty of things like the EV performance information where it is kind of all pushed up to one side of the screen. information is lacking, want to know the percentage of battery left, you know, the actually number? Not happening. A lot of people will complain about the lack of carplay and android auto, but I'd say the bigger issue comes if you want to plug in a USB to listen to music. You can't without installing a third party app. Unacceptable. I've been using audiowagaon, and it works and works well, when it works. Not uncommon for it to just randomly stop working multiple times during a trip causing me to open up the center console to unplug and plug back in the USB drive and hope it decides to start working again. When driving on my own, I want to listen to my music, and having the infotainment struggle so much with basic functionality makes driving the car an unpleasant experience. The car overall looks nice from the outside. it's pretty big so make sure you are ok with that if you are coming from something smaller. The charge door for the car is terrible and a bad design. With my charging issues I was only 3 days of being out of commission to be able to push for a buyback, and I am kind of hoping that something big goes wrong again so I can get one. Not because the car is bad, but because it just isn't very good. It's the kind of car that if I had to drive it for a week as a rental I would be fine with it, but I am not looking forward to being stuck with it long term. I'd say if you can get one for a very, very good price, it's fine and certainly better than some other options in the EV market, but if you are not getting a very good deal on it, there is guaranteed to be a better deal out there with another EV. This is just a car that does pretty much nothing particularly well, so if you spend good money on it yoy will likely be disappointed in it like I am.

The car is sharp, fully loaded, interior is uptodate, infortaiment is user friendly and very convenient. However, is not as fast as competitors (6 sec. only); does not go 278 mi (think of 200 mi max in good weather), cold weather drains the battery much faster); needs more cabin sound proofing and insulation. Also one really needs to put an effort to turn that steering wheel. Overall this car has a great potential if Chevy really put a bit more effort into it and fixes the flows

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

Performance is amazing.

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

The vehicle has been to the dealer multiple times for a wide range of issues: - periodically does not turn off automatically after opening door - map function stopped working for several hours suddenly and unexpectedly on a long distance trip - a strange rumbling noise emanates from the front hood area periodically - emergency brake engaged unexpectedly several times when there is nothing near by causing me to disengage the safety setting - interior ambient light has never worked - seat periodically reverts to default setting although the memory setting has been set multiple times - the module that the service dept claims needs to be replaced has been unavailable for approximately a month and i'm still waiting - insufficient number of service techs are able to work on the vehicle (according the service dept at axis chevrolet, they only have one) - there have been so many problems that i have retained counsel to have it declared a lemon

This is more of an initial review.

This is more of an initial review. To preface, our other car is a Polestar 2 and we really have enjoyed it for what it is. Though we've only owned our Blazer for about a week, we are certain about some differences. This car was $4,100 cheaper on the price tag for identical trim level. It looks far nicer and more expensive inside, there is a little more tech and it's easier to use. Both app AND the key will perform remote start. It is NOT a clone of a gas twin. The front doors are large so my partner, who is 6'3 and 270 doesn't hit the b-pillar or hit his head on the car getting in and out. He can sit behind himself in the backseat. Clearly there are two different characters in these cars. The Polestar is sporty and the ride feels like it. Rather harsh, feel every singe bump, but DIVINE on back roads. The suspension needs tuning for better compromise and isolation. Bumps are loud and disturbing and resonate through the body as if there are no bushings at all. This Blazer feels like a luxury car. It's not sporty, but it's composed. It soaks up bumps. There is zero resonance through the body. It has active noise cancellation inside the car to make it even quieter and it is extremely quiet inside. The Polestar launches off the line from a stop light with alacrity, while the Blazer is a lot less aggressive, yet they have the same 0-60 time. The way the cars are set up in programming is so different (and they really aren't competitors), but it also shows that Chevy has been around a LOT longer and has been working on their HEV/BEV game longer. The delivery and feel of the product as a whole is WAY different. GM has been doing their homework and knows their market. This is my first GM product and it's really, REALLY good. The radio has been acting a little weird, turning off on it's own, and the day after we brought it home, there was a rattle in the dash which has since gone away on it's own. Both little concerns, easily corrected. Despite that, when the Polestar lease is up, guess what my first stop will be.

I am loving my new Blazer EV.

I am loving my new Blazer EV. My only complaint would be the radio/speaker system could be better but overall it’s a great vehicle. A good first choice for a EV
