Dream car.Looks and runs GREAtt.

I bought this beauty in April 2010 with 6000 miles on it. It's been lovingly cared for. Used it to commute to my job April through September(Hwy miles), and get 28/29 MPG. Stored in garage ,covered in winters. Put in garage daily, when using. Fantastic car, only selling because getting a new one!

4th Vette I've had-BEST EVER!

A head turner wherever I go. Sleek styling, great ride. Great gas mileage (28 MPG). I get a thumbs up from kids and adults weekly. Adding the chrome spider wheels was a good move too. I bought it in 2010 with 6400 miles on it. LOVE IT!

Corvette Z06, the Hairy-Chested Daily

I suppose you are coming of age, graduated with your Bachelor's, maybe even kicked the kids out of the house, and are now looking for something to spice your life to be the chauvinistic ding-dong you always wanted to be; it's Corvette time. The base model won't do for you, even though in every way, the base or Grand Sport Corvette will do all the duties you need; go to shop, work, and put around town to show off your dominance on the road to subdue your questionable trouser performance. You want the top dog, Zr-1, unfortunatly its beyond budget, maybe a fresh C7 Corvette, no too expensive and too basic. Enter in, Corvette C6 Z06 of yesteryear. Its cheap and rings every bell you desire. It has the drab interior of every other C6, lest you get the 3LZ, you get dash bubling issues, so stick with a 2LZ or lower. Fundamentally, you will want to gravitate from the 2008 and newer cars, the improvements over the 06-07 years are things such as the TR6060, better axles, better dry sump (2009), etc. Low mileage examples are common, and should be top priority in buying. Moreover, stay clear of cars without any paint protection film. Due to the wider bodywork and tires, GM decided to make sure that the front fender spews rocks all over the side of the car destroying the paint on the rear quarters and rocker areas. Then comes the elephant in the room, the LS7. What a great motor, one of the most aggresive cam profiles of any GM engine, gobs of torque, and hits like an anvil at 3500 all the way to 7000RPM. But be warned, the LS7 is going to drop a valve. It will happen, all motors including crate engines are. Due to poor geometry designs and valve tech, it is common to see engine failure, google it. Of course you could have the heads modified to alleviate the issue, or you could call around for a GMEPP warranty to cover cars up to 10 years old and less than 100k miles. With that out of the way, the drive is rather peculiar. GM wanted a track muncher, however cars without Mag-Ride are very susceptible to high mid corner bump steer on anything but smooth roads. The base suspension for Z06 is slightly stiffer however dampening is very poor. The ride is loud and bumpy, but not back breaking. Going up driveways will also show how flimsy the C6 Z06 is; it creaks, groans, and moans. Even with the bolted down top, it is still susceptible to chassis flex. Yes, there is no removable top on Z06. But to drive, it's very very easy and accessible. The drive-train is very very noisy. Clutch, engine valve train, and torque tube are quite loud at low speeds. The clutch is quite soft with an unusually high grab point and is extremely susceptible to master/slave hydraulic failure. the gear shift is easy, vague, and loose with a semi-rubber noodle feeling akin to BMW manuals. With all this in mind, the Z06 is not much harder to drive than your average sports car. The torque carries you all the way to the gas station where you will spend most of your time, due to city gas mileage hovering 15.5 MPG. The interior is incredibly spacious with seats like Grandmas armchair. It does very well for grand tours on the freeway in laps of easy driving with enough space for Costco runs in the hatch area. It's not the happiest at below 10 MPH, but never a nuisance. Finally, yes, your wife can drive it because its that easy. Therefore a great car, indeed.

Hands down, favorite Corvette I've owned so far!

Plenty of room, reliable, fast & fun. Plenty of room for weekend trips even with the top stored in the back. More leg room then you imagine, not cramped at all. The paddle shifters are an awesome feature as well!

Cannot say enough accolades for this car. Love It

One of the best handling cars I've ever driven. Unlike many cars with this much power, it manages to balance the thrill of tapping into the 505 HP worth of power, without sacrificing control and safety. The seats and interior provide plenty of support for taking longer drives. The extremely powerful engine provides the opportunity to really enjoy the experience.

Fastest car I've owned

So far so good, it's fast and fun. Looks mean. Previous owner modified it and it's better than stock. Hope to keep till the wheels fall off.

One of the BEST sports car!

An awesome and powerful car. Excellent styling inside and out. Comfortable enough to be a daily driver. Gets very good gas mileage. The 3LT model is the best because it has all options except bluetooth. Love this car!
