2018 Chevrolet Equinox consumer reviews

This car is a very nice looking car. The engine is great and it will get up and go for an suv. The seats are a little to narrow and I am not a big person. The seats are also not real comfortable. The trailer hitch cover will not stay on even after it has been replaced with a new one and car has rattles that they try and fix every time we carry it in. It is a nice car but not worth what we paid for it. I won't buy another one but like I say it is a nice car with all the imenties.

Really like the features of this SUV . like not having to change light to high beam to low . Very easy to use electrons

rides better than our last car, handles well, plenty of leg room. Fuel economy is great. looking forward to taking long trips with our dog.

The wipers are horrible with the passenger side blade dropping into the drivers view and leaving a small semi-transparent line for the driving to live with. It reflect light and makes driving with the wipers on, regretful. The heating and air conditioning system is so far below average, you will need a good long hour of drive time to get comfotable. The antilock brakes are extremely sensitive. On my AWD model, the back of the vehicle side very easily going around a corner (but stability control does have your back, thank god). The tires on this vehicle, from the factory do not provide traction needed in Michigan. Overall though, the climate system is HORRIBLE and can NOT keep up or maintain with temp outside of the range 40-80 degree F.

5 Star crash rating saved my life!! The car was totaled and my wife and I walked away with some bruises! Replaced it with same model 2018 Equinox. Love the gas millage 28 city and 36 highway!

Great vehicle. Equipped well, performance is excellent as well as the mileage. The turbo engine I believe makes a huge difference . I love the way they used Google maps for navigation

Very pleased with purchase. Car is very comfortable, great storage, nice design features, treated ourselves to large moon roof and it is fabulous. Nice updates to Equinox we owned 6 yrs ago. This one is a keeper!

The Equinox was not going to be my first choice, however after test driving one and comparing, these things have so many great options and safety features that you would have to pay luxury prices for, but at a significantly lower price.
