I Used cars.com to compare dealers within 100 mile radius from me. I did my comparison and research and decided to check out a 2012 Ford Explorer at Millenium. I set up an appointment for the next day. Brito was my sales rep and I think he did an awesome job! Financing a car is a long process but he had us in and out with our 2012 Ford Explorer in no time! He also told us that if we have any problems with the car he would take care of us at no charge. I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?

This is my second car from kingdom Chevy this time was an amazing experience. The process was quicker, the dealer was nice friendly and listen to what I wanted and made it happen. Clarence was amazing, very patience, understanding and wasn't trying to give me anything but provided me with the best. I upgrade from a Chevy Malibu 2010 to a 2016 Chevy Impala which I love. I have the black interior inside which I need dark interior because of my kids. Clarence made the process easy a fun and loving experience I enjoyed the jokes, the laughter but most importantly he listen to what I wanted. A lot of dealership try to get you to take anything but Chevy really work with you. They want you to succeed and have the best. I have been with Chevy for over 15 years and I will continue to be loyal to Chevy. Overall i am pleased with the car, it appears small from the outside compared to other crossovers but it has ample room. I dont feel cramped in it as opposed to the large sedan(Lacrosse) i was considering. Pros- It has plenty of pep when you hit the gas 252hp turbo so you are never lacking for power. Lots of tech features along with modern safety features . Collision avoidance ,Apple Car Play Etc. Stylish and sporty, AWD option and 19inch wheels. Good gas mileage. Cons- occasional issues with the accessories (bluetooth and AppleCarPlay).The startstop system can get annoying but it doesnt bother me as much as most reviews ive seen. That being said i would turn it off if i could, im not really sure it saves gas.

I am loving my Equinox - I had one as a rental on a 3w trip around the SW a couple of years ago and put 3000 miles on it and loved driving it - so when I needed a new car that's where I went. The model I have has been updated since my rental but it's just as great. Def recommend.

This car is a very nice looking car. The engine is great and it will get up and go for an suv. The seats are a little to narrow and I am not a big person. The seats are also not real comfortable. The trailer hitch cover will not stay on even after it has been replaced with a new one and car has rattles that they try and fix every time we carry it in. It is a nice car but not worth what we paid for it. I won't buy another one but like I say it is a nice car with all the imenties.

On his word, we bought1-way plane tickets from Boise, ID to Chicago, took a $50 Uber and arrived at Jennings the next day. Adel had the car all ready for us and it was everything he said that it was. This is my company car. I drive 50 - 60k miles per year. It was new last June now 32k . No issues so far. For what it is is a good car. Runs good, Drives good. feels stable on the road. Pretty good in snow with OEM tires but really good with snow tires. Apple play works good and sounds good. Good MPG. AWD is switchable on/off which is different. Hate the engine shutdown crap at red lights, I just pump the brakes . I haul tools and a ladder so for me it doesn't work well. Company no longer offers Caravan option. I'm a "wide" person so the seats hurt after a couple hours. I get flashed a lot at night by oncoming traffic with low beams on so that's annoying.
But for what it was designed for it seems to be good car

I just purchased a vehicle at Phillips Chevrolet 9700 West Lincoln Highway Frankfort, IL 60423 with Konrad Chatys on Saturday, 2/18/2017. Konrad and his team were nothing short of amazing from the moment I arrived into the dealership. I came by myself, very nervous, anxious and discouraged. I had just left Car Max where I was told that I would have to give them thousands of dollars for them to give me any service. Keep in my mind, I am driving 35/40 miles a day to work and was putting more money into my car on major maintenance (plus monthly payments), than enjoying my 2 yr old Nissan. From the moment Konrad introduced himself to me, he listened to every single concern, from my credit score, to having a car that was great on mileage, to even as small as the color I would like to drive in. ' I went from a dealership who wanted me to give them thousands of dollars for a USED car, to a dealership and a Product Specialist who accommodated for my circumstances with NO money down, not the best credit, reasonable car note PLUS a warranty, referred an insurance company AND payed off everything I still owed on payments, NOT TO MENTION, what was given for the car! I have told every single person who will listen, to go schedule an appointment with Konrad. I have never felt more safe and protected with a company, than I do with Phillips Chevrolet. They gave me advise on ways to increase my credit score and even other opportunities that will be available at a later date. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was willing to assist at any moment (regardless of the fast pace environment). As if that was not enough, I even received a call the next day to inform me that I left my reading glasses in my old car, AND they stayed after the closing time to accommodate for my crazy hospital shift! It's rare for a woman alone, to come somewhere and not feel taken advantage of, and for that I could never thank them enough. I cannot actually give a review on repairs, but with the warranty and customer service, I do not have a doubt that they will be able to point me in the right direction. The only thing that I was bummed about was my car window sticker. I did not think to ask for it, but I have received a ticket on my car because of it. So when you are trading your car be sure to take EVERYTHING lbs. BTW- I am not a robot,nor was I payed to do this survey (haha). I am just extremely impressed. THANK-YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!
