2018 Chevrolet Equinox consumer reviews

We just traded in our 2017 Equinox LS for a new 2018 Equinox LT. We liked out 2017 model, but we absolutely LOVE the 2018 model! It?s a 4 cylinder so it gets great mileage. It has plenty of legroom for my 6?1? husband, is comfortable for hauling 2 grandkids in car seats, and has plenty of cargo space. An additional space for cargo has been added just below the original cargo space. The extra cargo space and good mileage are plusses for driving to and from the lake. We love the extra backseat air vents, separate climate controls for the front seat passenger and driver, the heated seats, blind spot warnings on the mirrors, and that you can hook an iPhone up to CarPlay and sync to the car for gps capability. A great car!

Great vehicle for the price. good leg room as I am 6 feet 1 inch. Great entertainment love the speakers and the sunroof is a blessing

The ride and handling of the 2018 Equinox is excellent. The styling is excellent. The interior could be better with additional storage features like more pockets in the doors and in the cargo area. The steering radius is terrible! I just had a 2015 Explorer that could u-turn in 2 lanes space. I can't u-turn this in 4 lanes. Is Chevrolet still using mechanical steering and not the new electronic steering, like the Explorer? However, the 2.0 Turbo engine really provides excellent power and gas milage. The seating is comfortable. The other issue I have is the phone charging systems. It was designed around the older charging of 1A, Most new phones now use the 2A Fast charging. Well, their USB and wireless charging is 1A. And too boot, with the wireless charger, I have to place my phone on the spot backwards because of the location of the charging pad. Someone was asleep at the wheel in the interior department. I like the vehicle except for the steering and charging systems.

Drives really nice. 1.5 Turbo is very fuel efficient and has just enough power. Moves very responsive on highway. I wasn't expecting that but whole family enjoy driving this car.

I love my Equinox. It's exactly what I was looking for. It has a bigger trunk area and still gets great mileage in the city and on the highway. I used the Cars.com site to review what they were selling for within my city and around. I got a great deal and exceeded my own expectations with all the extras.

This is my third equinox. Love the room in the back seat. Love the new features on this model (speed limit posted on the driver's speedometer, air conditioning in back seats., air conditioned seats, leg kick to open the hatchback door, hidden storage in the truck area above tire. Best car ever.

I love my Equinox! This is my 2nd one which speaks for itself! I love the quietness inside when driving. The technology is amazing! I have side sensors which saved me from an accident the other day! Automatic tailgate is so wonderful as I don?t have the strength to lift it a manual one! My friends 16 year old rode in my car & and asked if she could trade her car in for an Equinox! I love my Equinox!

This vehicle is excellent on gas! I love the upgrade to the steering wheel, the touch screen, and the interior stitching. The overall performance is outstanding!

Great SUV, and value. Love that the car auto turns off and all of the other options! Get the LT model for a fully loaded experience!

I love the stylish exterior. Great balance of interior space and gas mileage. It is able to tow our boat and the back up camera makes backing up easy.
