Awesome car and fun to drive

This car is the second Volt we own. It’s a good improvement over the first generation Volt, which has been trouble free for its 180,000 miles. The Gen2 Volt rides a little smoother and suspension is softer. Acceleration is great for what the car is, and fuel mileage on gas is pretty awesome too, and much better looking than a Prius. If I could, I’d buy another one before the GM mistake of canceling this car comes reality in 2019. In typical fashion, they’re getting rid of one of the best, most advanced vehicles on the road today.

Best car I have ever bought.

Great car. Excellent gas mileage and electric range. I’m getting over 40 mpg in the winter. Electric range is in the mid 40 miles with average winter temperature around 20 degrees.

A Whole New Kind of Car Enjoyment!

The advantages of an electric car, but without the hassle of stopping mid-trip to recharge! While other hybrids switch back & forth btwn battery & gas engine, I can set my Volt to use battery exclusively, then switch seamlessly to gas when tve battery is drained. The ride is excellent, body is totally tight (no shakes or rattles). My only complaint is the large blindspots.

Loved driving the Volt and amazing rebates avail!

Loved test driving this car! Felt more like a BMW than what I previously knew from US automakers. Love the idea of saving so much on Gas and so many cool features! Love the idea that you can activate the car's air conditioner via an app on your smartphone 5 minutes before you get in. So helpful on a hot day. Super comfortable and fun to drive! I do wish they had lighter color upholstering inside and a moonroof would be nice!

Really like almost everything about the car.

What I don't like about the car is how quickly the battery drains when using the heat, how slowly the battery charges, and how long it takes for the heat to get warm. I'm happy with everything else and pleasantly surprised about the pick-up, car moves very quickly.

Most fuel efficient car that I own.

This car is sufficient to satisfy my needs. It has good accelerator pedal feel and there is absolutely no lag. The gas mileage is excellent. I stopped plugging it in at my home because it's free at work. I could go up to 71 miles on a charge. My daily commute is about 70 miles. Often I only need the engine for about 5 miles or less due to using the AC.
