2017 Chrysler Pacifica consumer reviews

Was leaning towards a Honda Odyssey for reliability and gas mileage. This was a new model (previously an SUV). Never owning a minivan before, I was leery to take the leap but needed a 3rd row seat and this car was an amazing drive when test driving. Right after purchasing we took it on a long road trip. The kids loved it and all inside traveled in comfort, even our dog. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still lots of storage space to pack in our luggage for the long trip.

We were looking for a family vehicle, previously owned a Traverse which we were happy with but recently had a baby so this minivan has a lot more to offer in regards of room and convenience than the traverse. I love the style, love love the amenities, Chrysler thought of everything a family needs in a car. We have owned the car for three weeks and so far we are more than happy with it.

With our family growing, we really appreciate the space and reliability of this versatile vehicle. Great interior and exterior! Awesome vehicle for road trips. Has everything you want or need in a vehicle, very pleased.

Do not like the gas filling device, the radio does not seem to receive stations very well. Navigation seems to be somewhat confusing. Don't like the engine shut off when stopping at signals. Seats do store easy.

This is the perfect vehicle for my family. So much more room than an SUV, lots of options, and a joy to drive.

This car is amazing. The comfort and reliability is beyond what I thought I even needed. The safety features in this car are amazing. The comfort for my kids has been so nice. It is a van but it does not feel like I am driving a van. It is a great car.

Good unit better than TC rides nice good space way better navigation then prior model. Not quite as many rebates yet as I would like.

The new Pacifica is much quieter than the previous model. A lot of options have been taken away and now you have to pay separately making the Pacifica more expensive. Handling is so much better than before I really am impressed with the overall package

Had it for 600 miles. Interior dashboard is beautifully designed. Uconnect is a great system. Some cheaper plastic in the back and the seat can be somewhat firm for some drivers. I like them. The engine and transmission combination works well together and the ride quality is outstanding; better than most SUVs and Vans. The current incentives make this a good buy. I also find the exterior styling very appealing unlike the average soccer mom van or diaper bomber. I cannot tell the reliability. It seems well made although some of the tightness of fit, body panel alignment etc is less than Honda quality. So far I am very pleased with it.

This car does everything that it is supposed to do per all the written materials.As a person who has to carry a lot of equipment with then every day the vehicle allows me and affords me the comfort &productivity I was looking for.
