Awesome vehicle

We went from one child to three (two in carseats) and our car just was not comfortable anymore. We knew we needed a bigger vehicle but did not want the payment of a 3rd row SUV. Reluctantly we looked at the Pacifica. I am so glad we did!! It has tons of room, 2 bucket seats making access to the 3rd row super easy, the touch screen and back up camera are amazing features, and the DVD player is a huge hit with our kiddos. Not only is it stylish and loaded with features, but it drives like a dream. I never thought we would debate over who gets to drive the van. Now, everyone has space and can ride comfortably.

High Tech Beyond What Dealer Service Understands

I have the Pacifica Limited. This is a state of the art minivan with all the latest high tech options. The people at dealer I bought I bought it from knew less about how the tech features work than a xxxxxx knows about calculus. And when something breaks, it is like the three stooges are your automotive technicians. I started using a different dealer for repairs, and they do their best, but frankly, their best is not good enough. For example, the driver's power seat goes back when you shut the vehicle off to make it easier to step out, and when you start it up, it moves back into the driving position. Mine would go back when i shut the vehicle off, and immediately move back forward before i could get out. It was 8 months before i got this fixed, and it still does this thing once in a blue moon. Lots of trys, lots of stories, little results. "We reflashed this" and "We relflashed that" but the problem remained. Also, the stereo is disappointing for a nearly $50,000 vehicle. I like the vehicle and would recommend it, but with the above caveats. You have to select a "Primary Use" on this website, so I picked commuting, but I use this vehicle for everything. It is great for traveling with family. Six or seven people plus luggage and gear, is very do-able. The stow away seats are a scream. You can stow all the seats except the front two, without struggle and without taking anything out of the vehicle, and with the seats down, you could put a refrigerator in there with room to spare.

Super vehicle

We all absolutely love our new Pacifica. It's a beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, reliable, easy to use vehicle. The features are endless, but the combination of those to our liking and advantage won over other family mini vans that we looked at ( Sienna & Odyssey). Tonns of space helps a lot also. Highly recommend this car!

You don't know you're diving a minivan

From the sleek exterior, the versatile and hushed interior, through to the amazing technology, this is as close to my dream vehicle as I may ever get. First impressions have held up as we have now owned our Pacifica for a month. It is tight and solid on the road, smooth and powerful on the highway, and absolutely brimming with features designed to keep us safe and comfortable.

Has lots of features ,this is our first van needs a little getting use to. This is only the second time we have owned a Chrysler. The features are really nice but glad that we can opt out of some of them.

The most reliable new van I have driven and owned.

I like the way it drives and handles and the back-up camera. The kids all like the middle seats and the middle widows that open. The easy remote start, and the middle seats how they lift-up.

Very nice car

First time ever driving a Chrysler. I just came out of my second lease with the Honda Odyssey. We just wanted to drive something different . We gave the Pacifica a test drive and loved it! Have it for almost 2 months and no complaint. Very smooth. Low cabin noise. Alot of features. Kids loves the 2 TV monitors in the back. Hoping it will remain reliable for the duration of our lease.

Nice minivan, poor dealer support

The Pacifica is a nice minivan. It is smooth and quiet. My Pacifica is a limited, which gets close to $50,000 before you drive it off the dealer's lot, so it should be nice. There are a lot of convenient features, storage areas, and seats that fold into the floor. The stereo system is a little disappointing though. I got the "lesser" of the two premium sound systems, the 13 speaker one, not the 20 speaker one. The latter is ONLY available with video screens with build in video games behind both the front seats, and I want my children to talk to me when they are in the car, not play more damm video games, so I could not get the better stereo. If i was doing it over, I would get the better stereo and rip out the video screens (or maybe check out the Toyota minivans). The Miami dealers are a disappointment. They did not know how to order the car, what model has what features, and how the various features work. The Pacifica Limited is a highly technical vehicle. The two dealers I went to did not know what the features were or how they worked. They didn't know how to turn things on or off. The driver seat is supposed to slide back when you get out, and slide forward when you start the vehicle. It would slide back when I shut the motor off, and slide forward again before I could open the door to get out. It was over six months to get this fixed. It wasn't broken, it was a matter of setting it up properly. Four trips to two different dealers resolved nothing. I finally figured it out myself. When I bought the car, I was told that it has an automatic feature such that the breaks will apply if I get too close to another vehicle. This stopped working. When I brought it for service, I was told this feature does not exist. But the breaks did apply once, when someone cut close in front of me on the highway. My dealer cannot explain this. You cannot submit a review without checking "primary use" so I checked transporting family. But the correct answer would be "everything." It is a versatile vehicle. I also had to check if i would recommend the vehicle to a friend. I put no, because I cannot put a clear Yes. But the correct answer is that I would explain to a friend what I have explained here, and let them make their own decision.
