Runs perfect!!! Meets all my expectations. I'd highly recommend this car to anyone, especially for families. If afforded, it is always the best to buy a brand new car.

After months of researching SUV?s with 3rd rows, test driving, pricing, searching, my wife and I left one morning with the soul purpose to buy an SUV and come back home with a new vehicle. This was going to be the first new vehicle either of us have bought. While at a Chrysler dealership we saw these vans. After realizing how practical and sporty these vans are we decided to buy one. I was amazed to find that you can buy one of these vans for $5,000 to $10,000 less than a base model nice SUV. We went with the touring plus S. Dealership put in heated seats for us. We are loving everything about this van. My only concern is the overall comfort of the front seats. I?m sure with time this will get better.

7 months after buying a brand new Pacifica I noticed a clicking coming from the front driver side, passenger sliding door needed to be manually operated and the check engine light was on. Brought it in to the dealership, they had it for 10 days to replace the CV joint. It had 13,000 miles on it!! Now it?s clicking again 2 months later and the check engine light came on again and the power door also doesn?t always work. The van died while my husband was pulling into traffic! What kind of joke is this! We will be getting rid of it ASAP! I had to give it at least one star because it wouldn?t let me do zero!

This is the most peppy car, I have ever owned in such a boring shell. Corners very well, great in traffic, loaded with lots of electronics that we can't figure out how to use, and hold all our friends. Who could ask for more.

I love this van. Has room for all my family to travel together and have plenty of room. Very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

We have been trying to find a used one for a year in th Blue and a touring L model Please help us find one..

We purchased this van (2017) from a dealer with only 1600 miles. we've had it less than a year but I'm now going shopping for a Honda. In the past month, on at least 5 occasions this van wouldn't start. My keyless starter is tempermental at best. Eventually, it will start but I'm 72 and scared of being stranded somewhere. The real problem is the dealer can't fix it. I'm told I have to have it towed into the dealer when this occurs so they can diagnose the problem. otherwise, can't fix it. so far, this hasn't been practical as I was out of town. I'll most likely take a beating on a trade but I can't deal with it's unreliability and the dealer's refusal to fix it in a timely manner. I should add, I love the style of this van.

This car has every convience you can expect from a car. It has more control features and gadgets the do just about everything. This car has more features than most luxurgery brands. It has the power and comfort features than most luxury autos. The only negative thing about this great care is that it does not ome with a physical manual so that I can learn about all the features of the car. The manual can be viewed on the internet however.

This car replaced a luxury vehicle and we simply love it. It is loaded with all the features we will use and enjoy. love it

Great styling inside and out. Nice power from V6, but also gets better mpg than other vans and SUVs. Comfortable and a pleasure to drive.
