This is how to make a van. Powerful engine, smooth ride, plenty of amenities. A fully loaded is the way to go if you can afford it. The powerful V6 gets the van to 60 in 7.8 seconds with a limited top speed of 107mph. Great van for money

I bought my first Chrysler Pacifica in November 2018. When we drove it off the lot we were very excited with all the technology and the overall design of the vehicle. The ride is very quiet and pretty smooth for a van. The stow and go feature is also great. However, my one nagging doubt was just how automated all of the vehicle's functions are. Everything is controlled through the main touchscreen which sounds cool, like a tablet or smartphone, however I soon realized how more technology isn't always a good thing. Within 2 months of driving the car we started to notice glitches in the main touchscreen. At times the climate controls and heated seat display didn't even load on the control screen so you were completely unable to turn them on/off. As other touchscreen functionality related to the UConnect entertainment system started to also malfunction I called the dealer to make a service appointment. The dealer then called me back to cancel my appointment saying that only Chrylser can fix software issues and they were powerless to do anything. Oh, and of course they didn't have a clue when Chrysler may get around to fixing it. Long story short...they did push a software fix without any communication that any issues had been fixed, you just had to use trial and error to see what was now working as it should. We continue to experience software issues with the UConnect system and have made multiple calls to Chrysler where they simply refuse to acknowledge the functionality stated in their Quick Start guide that was included with the vehicle purchase and claim nothing is wrong. Bottom line...this vehicle has way too much software to be considered reliable. Car companies make cars...they are not software/programming experts. I'm sorry but this attempt to be the most technologically advanced van has been a failure due to Chrysler's acceptance of questionable reliability of said technology. This was my first and only Chrysler vehicle. I definitely will not purchase another.

So far so good. Meets the needs of this family with style and comfort. So happy we got it when we did. Just in time for a wonderful family trip.

First mini van and while I was very hesitant to purchase one (over a 3rd row suv) I am extremely happy with my decision. With 2 under 2 and a 10 year old - soccer carpooling is a breeze and getting two babies in a lower vehicle with automatic doors could not be any easier. Stow n go is absolutely amazing. We opted for the Touring L and the leather seats are nice - wish there was a cooling function along with the heat but, that is minor. There is only 1000 miles on it - so it?s hard to rate reliability however, no issues so far. Gas mileage is TERRIBLE! The active start/stop is currently set at the manufacturer setting, and I am getting less than 18 mpg. I am hoping this increases as the engine ?breaks in.? Overall, the car is very nice to drive and the safety features such as blind spot monitoring help with the satisfaction of our decision.

This car was exactly what we were looking for in a van and it does not break the bank. We traded up for this one and I am glad we did.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Chrysler Pacifica. Amazing vehicle for such a wonderful price. Perfect first mini van for myself and my growing family. Easy to use stow and go seats. So much room for passengers, groceries and moving items.

After owning a Chrysler 300, which I loved, I needed a bigger vehicle to transport my mother and her medical equipment. Enter the Chrysler Pacifica. After test driving, I fell in love. The comfort, styling, driving experience and overall performance of the vehicle is amazing. I may get called grandpa or soccer mom, but anyone who drives the Pacifica will see it is amazing!

Well planned and made for an excellent driver comfort and ease. This is a fun car to travel in. And is luxurious to be seen in as I drive to any destination.
