Worst car I ever owned

My dodge dart has been to the dealer on more than 20 occasions. I have had it towed there 3 times. It stalls due to oil consumption that has yet to be resolved. It has had electrical issues to the point they replaced the entire wiring harness. The wires and fuse box melted together.

Great, quick car

Great car!!!! I didn't expect this car to have to get up and go like it did. Very happy with it. The car was super clean, ready to go, and drives perfectly.

Wonderful Car

I've been a Dodge fan since I was young and they don't disappoint. I got my bran new Dart in 2014 and it has been amazing! Its year 3 and is running beautifully! I love the sporty design and even more the smooth performance it gives. Its a great car whether you need to pick up speed in lightning time or get your children safely to school. I love it and would recommend it to anyone. In fact, I have and now my brother and sister own one as well!

Dangerous!

Bought this car 2 years ago thought it was a perfect car but obviously a huge mistake ! This car will turn off by itself while you are driving it and they will tell you the same thing over and over again that the car needs more oil or battery. And just found out that isn't happened only with me but at least 50 other people who owns it . So you want to buy just be careful!

A great little car

My '14 GT is a terrific, fun, sporty, reliable Dodge with Italian DNA. Great features, a big info screen, sporty handling thanks to the Alfa chassis and 6-speed manual, comfortable interior. After 3 years it was a good decision. Now, the only little imperfections are the 2.4 is underpowered for the weight, not great gas mileage and the GT suspension is a bit too stiff. But the many pros far outweigh the few cons. I have customized it and am considering an aftermarket turbo for the 2.4. Great, fun Italian-American compact sporty car.

Dodge Dart lemon

I had got my Dart march of 2014 very first new car I Have had it towed 2 times it tells me that I have good life in the oil it burns oil and has to be checked often if it is down the car just stops me and my sister were about killed 3 days ago when the car stoped pulling out of my development and a big truck had no ware to go. I understand this is a safety device to protect the car The fist thang I don't think a new car should burn oil like this the second would be haw does Dodge not care about safety for life going to get rid of this car want my family safe

BEST CAR I EVER OWNED!

Almost three years later and I'm still very much in love with my 2014 Dodge Dart GT. I love the overall look, the color, AMAZING! I bought it in the orange. Never lose my car in a parking lot! With a manual transmission, I have all the pickup I need. I dont find it to be sluggish, but then again, I dont drive an automatic. Leather seats, oh so nice; especially when its cold and I turn on the seat heaters. Very large trunk, holds a ton. Other than oil changes and a software update I've never spent a day in the shop - although only 19,100 miles on it. Stereo sounds great - can really crank my metal! Only dislike is the low profile tires. Rough ride and traction leaves much to be desired, but they look so nice! Just heard the Dart is probably no longer going to be with us, as Dodge doesn't feel it took off well enough to continue manufacturing them. I will hold on tight to my baby as it is probably not going to have an updated replacement as I am not yet ready to trade in and by the time I am, the Dart will be only a memory...SAD

2014 Dart Aero is Stylish, full featured and fun!!

Recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart Aero (1.4L Turbo MultiAir) outright and the Fiat dealer let me drive it for a week to make sure it was what I was looking for. To keep this somewhat short, the 8.4 Uconnect is seamless intuitive and the digital cluster display is a beautiful and crisp experience. The interior mood lighting at night is gorgeous as well as it being a smooth and even sporty ride! My main concern was knowing I could get exceptional gas mileage, however, acceleration is a big point for me. This 1.4L Turbo MultiAir engine just flies when you want it to even more-so than the 1.8L Turbo Volkswagens I drove among others. I can genuinely state that I am quite happy with the car and while it was nice to get a great deal on it, I constantly notice people eying the car and asking if it's a new exotic or something. Final thing I love is, in fact, the gas costs and mileage. Even when being a little lead-footed, I still get about 27 MPG city and at the current average of $2.30/Gallon, I spend about $24.00 to fill up from flat empty. I have put in 93 octane before and you do notice a slight gain in power if that's what you're going for but even on standard Octane, it is truly a remarkable experience. All in all, the comfort, handling, speed, efficiency and styling are top notch and I plan on going for a new on when the time comes! Definitely a must have!!

My review after buying a 2014 in 2013 (27,000 mile

Positives: technology-back up camera-sound system-U connect- heated seats and heated steering wheel-safety-remote start-looks cool-value for the money is there if you never plan to sell it-beaten a newer v6 camaro in it once. Love the interior and exterior looks. Negatives: car is worth about 12-14k now (horrible) for what a max out Dart has in it. Some cars don't even have the same stuff and are worth more. Engine noise gets louder while idling then calms down. Electrical power drains on car when windows are moved at once. Trans feels like it pulls and then lets go at higher rpms. Why would they make a Dart with such low horsepower? Not even AWD or RWD . Who comes up with this stuff.. shame on you. 23mpg not that I care but.. Chrysler still doesn't have the parts to fix the break recall issue. Wearing down my breaks faster. Some days I love my car and others I think its horrible. Overall the car is okay. I bought mine on a whim \spur of the moment. Thinking I made a big mistake. Go buy a Camaro or Mustang, WRX, Golf R, FRS,BRZ, v8charger or challenger instead with an extra 3-7k. Save yourself from trouble.
