2005 Dodge Neon consumer reviews

2005 Dodge Neon SXT As far as comfort, this vehicle got my 5 star rating. I drove just over 4 hours to Miami and another 4 back. In other vehilces my neck and back tend to hurt after about 1 hour but in the Neon I got home without any back or neck pains. The car has good performance and I think the acceleration is moderate. The shifting is smooth but from 2nd to 3rd is more noticeable. This car handles better than any other I have ever driven and can take corners at high speeds with great traction. The styling and design is great for the price of the car and it comes with a few cool features. It's a great car for it's price and if you were considering buying one, I say go for it.

I HAVE HAD THIS CAR SINCE 1/20/06. FROM THE START, THE CAR HAS PERFORMED TO ALL EXPECTATIONS. IT IS FUN TO DRIVE, SPORTY LOOKING AND "EXCELLENT" ON GAS MILEAGE. I AM DRIVING ACROSS COUNTRY FROM IDAHO TO FLORIDA AND HAVE AVERAGED 38 MILES TO THE GALLON. (THIS IS WITH THE CAR FULLY LOADED AND WITH THE A/C ON ALL DAY LONG!) THE INTERIOR IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND EASY ON THE EYES. VERY ROOMY ALSO. I HAVE THE SXT WITH ALL THE EXTRAS. THE CD PLAYER PUTS OUT EXCELLENT SOUND. THE A/C WAS AT A CONSTANT FREEZING LEVEL INSIDE WHILE IT WAS 90 TO 102 OUTSIDE.(DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY) THIS IS MAKING THE TRIP VERY COMFORTABLE SO FAR! (I'M IN S.CAROLINA RIGHT NOW) OVERALL THE CAR IS VERY RELIABLE AND I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT IT. IT HAS PROVEN ITSELF OVER AND OVER AGAIN. GOOD DEAL FOR THE MONEY ALSO! I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING THE CAR TO ANYONE....
