113000 miles and wheel bearings went out

I loved it until 113K miles. Every week it is something else. I am a widow with no auto knowledge and only have 1 vehicle. I think my little car love affair is over. Parts alone last month.$110. $220. $220. $300. And 3 more car payments. It was fun until now.

Fun little car

This has been a fun little car. Once we started loading up with 3 adults, dogs, luggage, etc... we started really noticing its limitations. It really started wearing out quickly. Overall, a great starter car or car for a single person using it for commuting.

I love my Fiat!

It?s everything I?ve ever needed in a vehicle. Fun, sporty, get pick up and the interior is far bigger than it looks on the outside.

Fun, fun, fun in the Sun!

If you want a little runabout car to drop the top on and enjoy the Arizona sun, this is a great one for you! Excellent gas mileage, fun styling, and a drop top that's great for women (so says my wife!) because you get the convertible without the wind messing up your hair!

Wow. Where to start?

It's cute. The wife love it. Listed below are reasons I don't much care for it. The lone armrest fell off the first week. The dealership replaced it with a black one. The car has a brown interior. The clutch pressure plate fractured at 29,000 miles, within the 36,000 mile/3 year period. Sorry. Not covered. Clutch parts are considered wear and tear items warrantied up to just 12,000 miles. In fairness there was a subsequent recall and I was reimbursed for the $1400 repair... almost two years later. I've had to crawl into the back to release the failed hatch release three times. Corroded connector. No emergency inside release on 2012's. Back defrost grid wire chafed and shorted in rubber boot. One rear license plate LED burned out. Wouldn't pass inspection. The circuit board is hard-wired in. Had to buy whole new handle/light and trunk release unit $163... on the plus side it gave me a new connector and I haven't had the hatch problem again. I am 5'10" and my head touches the headliner with the driver's seat at its lowest. The car is under powered. The AC compressor, when running, noticeably slows the car. Oil cartridge change involves removing the engine cover and the air intake assembly. The oil drains right onto a channeled cross member. They make an extension to remedy that. Wouldn't trust it. Some good things now. It handles nicely once you're used to the seemingly excessive roll in corners. It sticks to the ground. The AC works great. Ice cold and automatic. Heats good too. The brakes are excellent. Steering is responsive. And the wife loves it.

Very easy to drive. Great style. Every one loves that it is Gucci. Cost of ownership is awesome. Just has and go. I just did the regular maintenance. Best deal for the money.
