Bought it used with 72k miles. Was really happy with the car, a lot of options, nice quality interior, leather seats. Although, there are some issues, especially reliability... Transmission died at 75k miles and replace it was 9k!!! I bought a car for 10k... Multimedia xxxxxxx power from the battery. Mileage is not what you expect from a hybrid car, especially plug in hybrid. Performance is very bad, hard to believe it is 2.0 engine and electric motor... But, overall the car is really nice (mostly because of options), nice ride and good quality interior, but hard to recommend, mostly because of transmission.

Love the vehicle just wish because we decided to have a plug-in hybrid that we didn't have to give up so much trunk/cargo space. Right now also having a transmission issue but the vehicle does have over 200,000 miles on it and it is 12 years old. Still would buy it again.

Great, I love it. Has a lot of personality and is very cute. Very reliable, never had any problems. Gas mileage is really good, 20 dollars (4 per gal) and you’ll be good for a long long time. Don’t know why ANYONE would dislike this car, there is simply nothing to dislike about it. Rare but AMAZING car, if you have the opportunity definitely go for it!

Poor number of battery miles. Number of recalls. Engine light comes on when it wants to with no reason per computer checks per dealer and independent shop. Sad because my wife likes driving it but hates all the above stuff and guess who gets the heat!

We hardly buy gas any more. This car charges easily. Best fuel efficient car I ever owned! Drives And parks well. We also bought a second one.

I love this car. The right size, engineered, designed superb, great mileage, rear gate automatic, new snow tires and summer tires, highway miles. It is the best car I have ever owned.

Discharges battery after about a month when not being used. Known issue that even after having all recalls and service bulletins performed still has the same problem.

Buying the car with 80,000 miles on it, and in Excellent Condition. Very easy to get in and out of. On average 50 miles to a gallon. Having all the bells and whistles and well taken care of. AWESOME.

All the options of a Lincoln car in a hatchback. Fun to drive and cheap to own. The car will pay for itself in fuel saving.

Owned this car for 5 years. Loved every minute of it, affordable luxury. Got rid of it in order to go fully electric. Wish Ford had continued this car to a full EV.
