2020 Ford EcoSport consumer reviews

My car started giving problems from the day. I got it. It kept accelerating when I stopped at the stoplight. The car shuts off completely. I have to turn it off and restart it again.

Ford mailed me a letter about a recall which I have had done twice now and have had nothing but problems with it since. I would like to trade it in but owe too much at this point. Buying this car was a huge mistake

It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

I have had issues with this car since I drove it off the lot, so much so that the dealership at one point told me not to drive it. Ford claimed they fixed the issues but they only made my car worse. I owe so much money on a car that is about to be gone because of these recalls that don’t apply to my car apparently. Do not recommend.

Seats are not very comfortable. Android Auto and the USB ports disconnect so often. Uses too much fuel for a 3 cylinder. Regular family car do not expect much from a budget mini suv.

I really love my Ford ECOSPort, easy clean, on inside. Easy to drive, 2020 make. Comfort roomie ,computer at finger tipes or by voice. Performance and, reliability of experiencing of driving my car yes my 2020 ecosport lov it ...

I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

Please don't make the expensive mistake I did in purchasing a 2020 Ford EcoSport, the motor in them is no good, trying to replace mine now!

Only one thing.spare tire please.. really ain't a bad ride. So far no complaints. Really rides well to be so small.and I do get around 32 mpg I have the 1.0

Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.
