2021 Ford Edge ST Line

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

TRY A FORD EDGE

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

Great vehicle except for fussy touch-screen

I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

2021 Ford Edge Review

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

Stay away

The Ford Edge 2021 ST I have purchased is a Lemon! The Dealer, Wantagh Ford has the car more than I do (Yet I pay the monthly fees and insurance.) It has been leaking oil since day 1. and the dealer keeps trying to make excuses as to what is wrong and truly they have idea or don't want to say theFord Edge is a lemon

Love it but loud

Drives nice and roomy. But has the loudest engine rattle I have ever heard and dealer service dept says it’s normal. I’m ready to trade it it for something that’s not a ford. My 2012 edge was much quieter…I should have kept it. I bought the 2021 edge new November 2021

Very Happy with my Ford Edge

I was lucky to find a new 2021 Edge. It is quiet when driving, handles well and has a comfortable interior. It provides a large cargo area with rear seats folded. I also really like the 12 " touchscreen. Getting good gas mileage. I love everything about it so far. It's a great car.

Very reliable, safe, roomy and plenty of pep.

My previous vehicle was a 2011 Ford Edge SEL that I had bought new in 2010. I drove it 102,000 miles. No issues with it. It was totaled when I was hit from rear by a Camry going 60. I had no injuries except for a cut finger. Thankyou FORD! That's why I replaced it with a 2021 Ford Edge SEL!

I love this vehicle.

Had planned on buying the Ford Escape but after test driving the Edge ST Line I was hooked. It has the sport pedals and those are still taking some getting used to (not the brake but the gas pedal.) The counsel storage is at a disadvantage to me as I have to be so far forward in the seat that it sits smack dab at the back of my elbow, so a little annoyance there. So many gadgets and icons to learn. One of the best features is the 12 inch monitor. Amazing.
